Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaIn our first room the toilet was weirdly low. Kind of uncomfortable for a tall person... in the upgrade room in the older wing the toilet was normal height.
Our Air-conditioning was noisy and they moved us to another room with a slight upgrade in size. The other room did not have any view to the street but was very quite and in the older part of the building. I would recommend the slight upgrade from standard and this location in the hotel. The breakfast and staff were lovely. Eggs cheeses everything pretty much.

CroatiaFirst we were in the room 402 and in the middle of the night I was woke up because I hear some dripping water inside the wall. Then the next day they transfered us to the room 302 which was bigger and nicer and was ok. Minus is for both rooms didn't have a mini bar (there was a fridge but nothing in it), some black hair on the bathroom floor and breakfast should be more various for 4 star hotel (toster didn't work). Also when we're leaving it was raining and the car was in the street beside the hotel so we get wet.
Hotel is great located, room was ok, breakfast so-so.

SwitzerlandHotel is jaw-dropping gorgeous and rooms are modern and clean, but still have that old charm.The view from our room was amazing also. Bed is so comfortable, and shower was amazing. Staff is very nice and communicative. Location is amazing for walking around the city, and you feel safe in it. Breakfast is really good, there is million options and variety of food. Also, breakfast staff was very helpful. Loved it.

IsraelThe parking is a bit of a hassle. You can either self park in a lot about 5 minutes away by foot or have them park your car for an additional 12 Euro. We opted for the valet. When it was time to get the car I called and asked how long in advance do I need to ask for the car, they said 40 minutes which seemed a lot. In practice it took over an hour. I will say that the manger in charge was very apologetic and gave me back the cost of the parking and valet (32 euro).
We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very nice. The building is beautiful. The room was comfortable. Location is convenient..
