We understand your concern regarding the location. While our hotel is situated in an industrial area of Milan, we are pleased to inform you that the tram stop is just a two-minute walk from the hotel, providing easy access to the city center. Regarding the airport transfer, we regret that the taxi fare was higher than expected. Unfortunately, the airport transfer prices are fixed and regulated. We always strive to offer the best possible service and hope this did not cause any inconvenience. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.
