We had absolutely no issues with the accomodation.

It was a logistically very well constructed accommodation meaning that they gave us very clear instructions on how the self check in works and they were very nice they prepared everything for us to make us as comfortable as possible.

Hello! I'm Galina from Ukraine!💛🩵 In April, a trip to a conference on nutrition in Cagliari was planned. When choosing accommodation, we stopped at Due Passi. Everything turned out great !!! Before the trip, Alexis provided answers to all our questions and additional photos !! The check-in and accommodation were super comfortable! Clean large two-room apartment, comfortable beds, super room cleaning, clean bedding and towels with replacement in a couple of days! The design of the rooms and apartments is generally light, everything created a wonderful environment for relaxation. Guests are offered coffee, cookies, jams for breakfast. It was also nice to meet and chat with Alexis, who was always in touch. He also offered to leave the suitcases after check-out for an unlimited time, since the flight was in the evening. I recommend these apartments for living!! Shops, port, promenade, beautiful places for excursions and walks in your free time nearby!!! This is a great option to feel cozy and comfortable in Cagliari!

Great place to stay in Cagliari. The room was spacious, great quality of the amenities. It had complimentary snacks for breakfast and a tea/coffee station. Everything one needs.

This Guest House is beautiful and comfortable ! It is equipped with a lovely shared kitchen, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished ! Everything was perfect, and the location is great if you want to join some boat tours !

We stayed here for only one night but really liked it. The intsructions for the self check-in were very clear and it was easy to reach by taxi from the airport. Our room was clean and cosy, we also appreciated the essentials provided in the bathroom.

Due Passi was very central to all the sights we wanted to walk to . There were also many great restaurants within a few blocks , a supermarket & cafe in the same street & close to the railway station . The little extras like fruit , chilled water and coffee pods was a nice touch also . The apartment was super clean & had a lovely balcony to sit out on & watch the hustle & bustle of the city below .

The staircase leading up to the property is in need of a freshen up and perhaps some sensor lights but that is only a small thing.

The property itself is in a great location with the main heart of Cagliari only a ten minute walk from the apartment and a similar distance to the train station The room was very spacious and well equipped for a group to stay for several days. We were hesitant of staying in a property managed by a private host but the owner of this property was nothing short of exceptional and was contactable via WhatsApp for even the smallest query. The check in and check out process was very smooth and I cannot praise the host of this property enough. We felt very safe in knowing that should anything happen we had a number to text and would get a response almost instantly. Would highly recommend

Great, secure apartment in good location, with plenty of space & good facilities. Host Alexis was very helpful with giving us advice on getting around the city & other recommendations. Bus stop just a 30 second walk from the property.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. It was great!

These rooms are very spacious, with good layouts and great bathrooms. It all feels very brand new and airy. There's a pleasant common area with a coffee machine and tables. The location is not super central, but this wasn't a problem at all considering the size of Cagliari. The staff was super friendly and helpful! A real find.
