The studio appartment was cozy looking and beautifully located. We loved the interior and the street was quiet but still central. Great location to explore the city. We were warmly welcomed and offered a bottle of wine. And for questions we could always contact host Claudia who was super friendly and took the time to meet every guest in person.

The bed is a bit short, for me (1.82m) it was still good but my feet were on the edge. So I wouldn't recommend this for anyone longer than 1.85m.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Its location made it easy to explore Florence, and at the same time it offered a peaceful place to relax after a full day in the city. What really made the difference, though, was the warm and personal touch of our host(Claudia), who was always available with helpful advice and made us feel genuinely welcome. We left with beautiful memories and the feeling of being at home away from home. We would definitely love to return in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

It was an awesome location, plus great space with great air-conditioning.

The location and host were the best things about this. I would pick here first if I went to Florence again. Room was so clean and amazing too. Safe area for travelers that are alone. So close to everything. Laundry too. It was perfect.

Our host Claudia assures the guests has a wonderful time at her place. Casa Safer is very secure, spacious, and very clean. It is exactly as what is shown in the pictures. Everything works perfectly and Claudia is very helpful with checking in with you and making sure you have everything you need. I loved that everything worked and was up to date and well maintained. Claudia helped with guidance that we needed throughout our stay to make sure we had a wonderful time and to help us get items that we needed. She even had wine, water, snacks and juice boxes in the fridge for my son upon arrival. The bed was comfy and the towels were very soft and clean. We enjoyed our stay, Claudia made it more special and we hope to visit again soon.

The property dates from ~1400, has been modernized while maintaining some of the original elements, like the dome ceiling on the second floor. It is spacious for two people. We missed our first night due to sad circumstances, but when we arrived the host welcomed us with water and a bottle of Rose wine. Communication was very smooth.

Not applicable, but a word of advice if you want check in by yourself, to relax and carefully read and follow all of the steps in the detailed instructions.

It was really hard to find good accommodation in Florence because it was packed with tourists, but this place turned out to be a great value for the price! I was curious why the reviews were so high, and now I completely understand — the facilities, cleanliness, the kindness of the host Claudia, and the location were all impeccable. It’s an excellent choice for travelers who care about the condition of the place they stay. On our last day, Claudia even called a taxi for us to the airport, which we really appreciated. There was also a delicious bottle of local wine as a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended :) 추천드려용

Our room had a loft with stairs, but the stairs were a bit steep and high, so I’d recommend choosing a non-loft room for families with very young children or elderly guests.

An amazing place right at the city center. Close to everything but still peaceful at night. Beyond all that, i would like to highlight the fantastic job of Claudia, the host. She really makes you feel like home and you can really see her dedication and passion about Casa Safer . Additiooally, all recommendations she gave us were great. Absolutely recommended. The location is superb. And the apartment is beautiful, we felt really well. And Claudia was an amazing host.

First of all, our hostess, Claudia, was amazing! She made us feel so welcome and like family from the very first phone call when we arrived in Florence and asked for directions. She met us at Casa Safer and showed us where everything was located and even went with my husband to show him where the bank and the parking garage was located. She also directed us to an awesome restaurant barely a block away. Casa Safer had plenty of room with a nice, relaxing den and kitchenette downstairs and the bedroom and shower upstairs in a loft area. There was also a lovely patio. Everything was beautifully decorated with an artistic and fun flair and spotlessly clean. We were able to use the washing machine there (paid) which was nice since we were on an extended trip through Italy. The kitchen had everything you would need if you chose to cook a small meal. The location was perfect. We were close to everything - the Uffizi, Accademia Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo, everything. We highly recommend Casa Safer and would definitely stay here again. We could not have had a better experience or a more welcoming hostess. Thank you, Claudia!

The lovely lady Claudia reached out to us before, during our stay to make sure everything is ok. You can tell she puts so much love in everything. We loved it.

Room was so cute and perfect for my sister and I! In an amazing location close to everything in Florence. Tea, coffee, and small breakfast items were included. As female travelers we felt very safe!

Here are the most important things I always look for when choosing a place to stay — and in this case, CasaSafer did a perfect job! Claudia is not just a host — she treats her guests like friends. The apartment is in a great central location, close to all the main attractions. The value for money is excellent. Everything was very, very, very clean — and that’s incredibly important to me. The apartment was spotless, with clean and freshly ironed bed linens, soft towels, and luxurious shampoos in the bathroom. Claudia had truly thought of everything. Thank you!
