I liked the room, very big, new bathroom appliances, fast wifi, Patrizio let us enter a little bit earlier. He is reachable on WhatsApp even late in the night. I recommend this location.

The rooms are a little run down, but is expected from this beautiful heritage building. But the value you pay for the location negates this.

Excellent location, the metro is right outside the building and is also easy walking distance to a lot of main attractions like the Colosseum. Very good value for money since a lot of other accommodation options in Rome are expensive. Patrizio communicated well, very accommodating and gave helpful advice for our trip since it was our first time in Rome. We really enjoyed it.

Great apartment in Rome! 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and the metro is on the doorstep. Patrizio was a very welcoming host. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was great, as the subway/metro was right there. Patrick assisted us in how to travel via subway to Vatican city. He was also able to arrange a taxi to the airport as well. The taxi was a flat rate. Patrick was very friendly and helpful. The only challenge was knowing how to get into the hotel when we arrived. There was a sign.. but was unsure what code to use to get into the building. Thank you so much Patrick. We throughly enjoyed our time in Rome. We could walk to the Colosseum and to many landmarks in Rome.

DVE Suite was a very convenient location for our last night in Italy. The metro outside the front door made getting to Roma termini for our train to the airport extremely easy. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

The only downside are the older window frames in the building, which affect the soundproofing and insulation of the rooms. The central heating works well in the cold weather, but there's noise from the nearby street, even at night. Italians often use their horns, so it's not just the tyres on the pavement that can be heard.

I've never stayed in a room with higher ceilings before. It was a truly remarkable experience! The park nearby is a great place to relax and enjoy the company of the chattering parrots. The host is friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable and convenient enough.

The area was a little run down lots of graffiti but lots of places to eat and drink and opposite a park with live music and lots of ice cream shops there’s also a nice Chinese right by the hotel and places for breakfast. If you don’t like extreme heat visit late September October or spring

The location was ideal for the Metro right outside the hotel always plenty of taxis and in walking distance to the coliseum and the hop on hop off buses

Location is a bit distant from the center, yet still quite connvinient to go around using public transport. Room was exactly as in pictures, it had conditioner, so the stay was very comfortable. The host was superb!

Occasionally a bit of noise from neighbours. Occasionally the lift didn't work. Metro line seemed to close rather early.

Less than 15 mins from train station. Friendly and helpful hotel manager. Outside the tourist area but can walk or use metro. A couple of restaurants near by. Luckily our room was ready early.

Bathroom was dirty. Mildew, spots, crusty build up in the shower, splatters on the walls, felt dirty and gross. Shower definitely wasn't clean. A/c work turn itself off after a long while and would not come back on unless you reused the remote. Required once in the middle of the night.

Very walkable from train station even with luggage. Metro is literally 10 ft from front door. Beautiful view of park outside our window. Bedroom was clean and attractive, has a/c and an elevator. Very friendly staff.
