Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

It was comfortable inside but the outside was very creepy. This was not shown in any pictures and we found out when we went there. The rooms also look very different from what is advertised in the pics. It’s close to the airport yes, but just stay at another hotel and pay for a taxi if you can. Bit work staying here for an early flight.

The main let down was the hot water in the shower wasn’t working and the cleaners were trying to get into the room way before check out time, banging loudly on our door multiple times as early as 8.30am
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed

It says coffee/tea facilities but there was none available in the morning as they are in a communal area everything seemed to be used by other guests.
Location is fantastic if you wanting to put your head down before catching an early flight! Very convenient to the airport

Small inconvenience, but the shower fixtures could use some maintenance.
This was a clean, fairly well maintained place VERY close to the airport. Great for catching that early morning flight.

The address for the place was incorrect at the Booking.com site. We arrived from another town by taxi, and almost got of in another private compound. When we called the landlordwe were told to wait at another corner, where he came by foot at guided us to the hotel. We would preferred to have the correct adress listed at the correct place. This was to much hassel. The apartment was clean, with AC bathromms etc, as announced, but the entrence was dodgy, lots of garbage stacked there. Price wise ok value for money.

The toilet seat was badly cracked and should have been changed before breaking and nipping my thigh. Ouch! The electric kettle had a faulty switch so it had to be held down until the water boiled which was a bit scary.
Close walk to the airport. A/C very good. The bed and pillows are very good. Fridge with sparkling water. Tea and coffee making facilities. Quiet. Cafe and Pizzeria 200m away.

We were charged tax for children which we later found out we did not need to pay. It was quite noisy and in a not so nice street but I think that’s due to location. One of the beds wasn’t made up and had no sheet on it.
We stayed for one night after getting a late night flight. It was fine for a stop over and very close to the airport, only a short 10 minute walk.

It's a difficult location to reach with a car as there is no parking on the street. The building is old and not in a great state of repair, so as you walk through it to get to the room where you stay you would not feel entirely comfortable.
The location is within walking distance of the airport. About a 9 min walk so that makes it easy to stay.
