Everything was excellent. The room is super clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and it has everything you need - from coffee, water and tea to nice new big TV. The bathroom is spacious with nice big shower and enough space for personal things. The staff is attentive and reacts quickly for anything you ask, really trying to make you feel good and welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect – just a short 10–15 minute walk to the city center, close to the harbor and the old town. The place was spotless, air-conditioned, and the keyless check-in made everything super easy and convenient. Communication was excellent – we could always reach out for help if needed, and even after check-out, the support remained outstanding. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the aircon was not able to go below 24 degrees, therefore was quite hot at night in the summer.

It was clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.

The room was very clean and they clean it every day. Cleaning staff was very friendly and very helpeful. The manager, Giulio, was also very very friendly and very helpful. We had un unexpted problem and he helped us to solve. You have great coffe machine in your room. Public parkings are in front of the apartment and the main parts of the city are 7-8 minutes walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone who visits Cagliari.

Easy 15 minute drive from airport. on-street parking, 1 euro/hr, payable 9-10 16.00-19.00 only. Extremely comfortable beds, even the put-up for the third adult. 10 walk into centre. Beautiful room, absolutely spotless. Slippers and shower gels provided. Best to download app. ahead of time as it is needed for entry. Works very well. Any problems and they are immediately sorted out via WhatsApp, great communication. We were allowed to stay a few hours longer on check out day which was very accommodating of the owner and much appreciated, thank you.

Although check-in was easy and I was allowed to bring my baggage early, there were many steps involved and it could have been simpler!

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms complete with fridge, coffee machine and bathroom with all amenities. The apartment is a short (15-minute) walk from the old town in Cagliari and has good parking nearby and cute cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.

The rooms are convenient to the city centre with lots of bus stops near by. The rooms are beautiful and security is excellent by using an app on your phone to gain access to the building/floor and room. the room was cleaned everyday to an excellent standar.

It would be helpful to know prior to book, that an app and a smartphone are necessary to check in.

The flat was very clean. The beds are very comfy. The flat is very quiet, so are the neighbourhoods. The owner sent all the information to checkin by ourselves (via an app to download on your smartphone). 15-20 min walk from the city centre. Easy to park around the flat (mostly toll parking but also some free ones a little further even in August)
