Beautiful stay, very satisfied

We had an amazing stay—Oscar went above and beyond! He gave us great tips, treated us to delicious homemade desserts and fresh fruits, and kindly lent us umbrellas and sunbeds, which really saved us on days when we were too late to rent one at the beach. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony, and the cleanliness was outstanding thanks to the daily cleaning service. The location is peaceful with lots of street parking, yet it’s just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Would definitely recommend it!

The place was clean and comfy. It was a good place to stay for one night after the flight. The breakfast was everything prepacked, so we ate the breakfast at any time we wanted. Parking was available in the street.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing. Lack of variety.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to see or stay at the property, I informed the owner that we would be arriving between 16:00-17:00. On arrival at 15:56, no reply, called 4 times, in the next hour, no reply! Messaged several times, no reply. Calls me at 20:34 & asks me where we are. Had to re-book alternative accommodation. Ridiculous behaviour….!!

No communication, until it was too late. Why not just send me the key box code? I had already paid. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours, then decided to book elsewhere!

Nice, cozy, clean room. A Little bit small but ideal for one night stay, huge plus for a balcony. Simpatic owner ;)

Host extremely friendly, room was very comfortable for the price, everything was pretty clean.

The apartment was superclean, we had everything we needed. Snacks for breakfast, water, coffee machince, etc, I even got a nice smaller pillow when the cleaner man noticed I didn't use the big one. (I didn't even asked for it) We had everything for a good sleep, nice bed and no noise around. The apartment is not in the centre, but the transportation around is super fantastic. We bought a 7 day bus ticket over the corner and used during our stay, basically in 10-15 minutes you can reach everything, both Poetto beach and city centre (the centre we found sometimes a bit dirty and noisy and at the end very happy that we stayed a bit further). There is amazing gelateria, pizzeria nearby and also shops if you need something. Overall thank you, we had a very good time there.

The host Oscar was an absolute gem. Super helpful and communicative.

First, we arrive late night and the owner was extra friendly, he waited for us, made night room tour and brought pizza🫶 We are dancers , so bad was actually comfortable, which is extra important for us. Every day, during we were out, owner brought us new food. And clean towels is super good. Also TV and Conditioner work perfect And small Italian balcony was nice🫠

Very rare there is smell in bathroom, but it's very very weak, you can feel it only near the shower, and usually it disappear very fast. But it's regular Italy staff

The price was good in regard to the quality of the room. The facillities provided were good.

There was no water cooker.

Typical B&B . I liked the balcony where you can have breakfast and dinner. If it weren't for the smoky room, in my case, the ratings would have been higher.

1)Stayed for two nights. There was a very strong smell of electronic cigarettes/cigars in the room. The first night it was very uncomfortable to sleep due to the unpleasant smell. This spoiled the overall impression. On the second day the smell cleared up and life became better. 2)The lock in the green room is broken. You had to spend a lot of time opening the door to your room and closing it when you left. 3)If you don't have a car, it's far from the city center.

Located on a floor of a residential building, Elite rooms are ok for a short stay, but some improvements should be done. For instance the breakfast you find in the rooms is actually a tray with confections of toasted bred, croissants, marmalade but not a plate, glass, spoon... no glasses in the room, we went to the market and bought them. There is a coffee machine with capsules - one coffee/ guest/ day and with some small plastic glasses for it. Otherwise the place in clean, the bed comfy, the location ok- 30 minutes walking to the old town. We were there with the rented car and parked on the street, sometimes you have to move to the nearest streets to fine a parking place. The balcony was a big plus. Near is a pizzeria with very good pizza (only to takeaway).

There were no glasses, plates, cutlery. Since you offer this kind of breakfast you should put there in the room as well.

My girlfriend and I loves our stay at Eliterooms. Super Oscar was super attentive and helpful with any questions we had. The place is quite and clean. I completely recommend it.
