The room did not have a kettle, and the hotel did not provide an iron. The only option was their laundry service, which unfortunately was closed during our stay.

The staff were warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and going out of their way to assist with all of our requests. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms themselves were clean, and nicely maintained. However, I was a rather disappointed with the view from our room, as I had been expecting a much nicer scenery.

However, there were a couple of things that didn't quite suit our preferences. The hotel had a very strong scent throughout, which we found a bit overwhelming and rather annoying. Also, the gate to the parking area worked only partially and couldn't be opened independently – it always required a staff member to open it for us. From a security point of view, that's understandable, but it might be more convenient if the gate could be opened with the room key card. These are just minor and subjective issues that do not change our overall excellent impression of the hotel.”

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was just fine – the breakfasts were delicious, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel itself had a stylish design that fit perfectly with the overall concept. We would definitely recommend it! The hotel is located in a quieter part of the resort, just a short walk from the lively promenade and very close to the beach, which pleasantly surprised us with how clean and well-organized it was. We spent our beach days at Papaya Beach Bagno 42, where there were changing cabins, showers, toilets, and all the necessary facilities. Two sunbeds and a parasol for the whole day cost us 24 euros (in the back rows), and it's also possible to reserve the same spot for an entire week. There are bars, restaurants, and everything you might need right there. The entrance to the sea is very gradual, which makes it ideal for families with children. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided for the journey!

The bed was good but I'm not a fan of the pocket spring mattresses but other than that we had no problems.

It has a various and decent breakfast.The room was nice and cozy.The rooftop had a proper view for the city and the water, the pool was nice and our drinks from the rooftop bar was good. The staff was really helpful and overall kind.

Parking could be free but it is what it is :) It's tidy and behind a fence.

Location is very nice, close to the main promenade and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is also handy and safe. Really need to mention the superb breakfast and the very nice pool at the top floor.

I found it very noisy when I had the windows open and unfortunately the hotel policy is to turn off the air conditioning on a night, so I could either not sleep because of the room gradually warming up or not sleep because of the noise from the main street below. I hope that the hotel doesn't keep this policy in the height of summer- I was there in late May.

This is a lovely, little hotel. Maybe a tiny bit dated but still very comfortable. It's a good location, close to the beach. The buffet breakfasts were also very good.

Nothings, everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect about this hotel. From the warm welcoming at check in, to the equivalent of 5 star hotel breakfast! The room is spacious with good amenities and the relaxing area on the top floor is amazing. We appreciated the private, spacious and secured parking that the hotel offers. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff first and foremost were great, friendly and efficient. The decor was very well done , colourful. The breakfast was amazing with extended hours and a huge variety of tastiness. The best !

It's a shame that they charge so much for parking but I guess this comes with being in the city center.

Location is great if you want to be in the center, close to the busiest bit but also far away so you won't get the noise at night. The hotel is spotless, don't think I've ever seen a clean hotel like this. The rooms are huge with a massive bed which we absolutely loved. Air conditioning is powerful, nice shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great.

The staff is over the top friendly. We only had one night but we felt like we were home. The rooftop pool was a huge plus after backpacking from the train station. And the drink service to the pool was a plus. Just several blocks from the beach. Fabulous breakfast! Stay here - you won’t regret it.
