Everything. Nice people, fabulous breakfast, very stylish decor, small things matter. Wellness area great. Everything works.

Only thing was air condition in the room; it was 22 all the time but still cold. If turn off, you woke up too warm. It was confusing. So take warm pyjamas with you, just in case.

The hotel is excellent

We had a smaller room this time with no balcony .

The staff were kind and the breakfast was splendid.

Laundry service needs some improvement.

The staff were warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and going out of their way to assist with all of our requests. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms themselves were clean, and nicely maintained. However, I was a rather disappointed with the view from our room, as I had been expecting a much nicer scenery.

The room did not have a kettle, and the hotel did not provide an iron. The only option was their laundry service, which unfortunately was closed during our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was just fine – the breakfasts were delicious, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel itself had a stylish design that fit perfectly with the overall concept. We would definitely recommend it! The hotel is located in a quieter part of the resort, just a short walk from the lively promenade and very close to the beach, which pleasantly surprised us with how clean and well-organized it was. We spent our beach days at Papaya Beach Bagno 42, where there were changing cabins, showers, toilets, and all the necessary facilities. Two sunbeds and a parasol for the whole day cost us 24 euros (in the back rows), and it's also possible to reserve the same spot for an entire week. There are bars, restaurants, and everything you might need right there. The entrance to the sea is very gradual, which makes it ideal for families with children. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided for the journey!

However, there were a couple of things that didn't quite suit our preferences. The hotel had a very strong scent throughout, which we found a bit overwhelming and rather annoying. Also, the gate to the parking area worked only partially and couldn't be opened independently – it always required a staff member to open it for us. From a security point of view, that's understandable, but it might be more convenient if the gate could be opened with the room key card. These are just minor and subjective issues that do not change our overall excellent impression of the hotel.”

Everything was Perfect Staff was very friendly

It has a various and decent breakfast.The room was nice and cozy.The rooftop had a proper view for the city and the water, the pool was nice and our drinks from the rooftop bar was good. The staff was really helpful and overall kind.

The bed was good but I'm not a fan of the pocket spring mattresses but other than that we had no problems.

Location is very nice, close to the main promenade and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is also handy and safe. Really need to mention the superb breakfast and the very nice pool at the top floor.

Parking could be free but it is what it is :) It's tidy and behind a fence.

Exceptional service after arriving late evening. Despite there being no restaurant at this hotel the reception staff arranged dinner for 4 from a nearby restaurant which was delivered to our table in the bar area. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Very good value for money.

Clean, spacious and comfy room. Great breakfast, nice little pool area on the roof and the location is very nice. Short walk to the beach and at the same time good location for getting into the old town. Check out and breakfast until noon was a plus.

The room we stayed needs an uplifting . It seems to have aged and needs attention

The breakfast was very well laid out and the dining area very nicely prepared lovely food and amazing cakes. Coffee was excellent. The views over Rimini from the roof top pool.

Perfect location, staff so friendly, Davida is so kind, the hotel design so beutiful, breakfast lots of choice, the terrace area fantastic to relax and have a few drinks especially the famous Italian aperol spritz, thank you all for all your kindness. Highly recommended this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

They advertised pool and 4 star hotel experience. It did not meet those expectations. The pool/ Spa was significantly below expectation and did not match the photos provided. The view was poor (back ally).

Location was good, room was clean and modern. Staff very nice. 20min to the train station by foot and 5 min to the beach. Good breakfast options.

The shower was very sensitive and could use a recalibration. It went from ice cold to boiling hot after just a small adjustment

It was very clean and great service

Perfect vacation stay, close to the beaach yet quiet retreat. Area is sorrounded by restaurants and other beach attractions. Breakfat is great quality. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

The staff is nice. I can even check in to the room much earlier. The breakfast is nice, room is clean and the pool is good to relax
