United KingdomThis is the third time I have stayed the at this hotel. The property is very well appointed, and all the staff we encountered were all polite and very helpful. The rooms were large, very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered an excellent choice and of good quality. We ate in the restaurant, which provided a superb meal in beautiful surroundings. I believe the costs represented good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

United KingdomThis is an older hotel so in a few respects it's not as modern perhaps as other hotels, but that was really minor as it's art deco authentic style shines through and the other factors listed above hugely outweigh any minor (very few) less positive factors, in my view.
This a really lovely Italian hotel with an outstanding restaurant featured in the Michelin guide (La Pecora Negra) - we had an amazing meal there - absolutely superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel because the staff and the owner are so helpful and happy, the hotel is spotless, it's in a really safe quiet area and it's very authentic and well run establishment.

ItalyCar parking on the street was difficult to find. In the end, the best option was one of the larger parking lots, the one called P3, which was a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
We liked the breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good, close to many restaurants in the city center.

The staff at the reception were very kind. The bed was comfortable, and large bathroom. The breakfast variety and quality was really good. The rooms were very big.

United StatesOld style key entry to room was cumbersome. Was difficult for me to get door unlocked (senior with arthritis).
Location was exceptional. However when I tried to walk from the train station to the Hotel, I found out there are 2 train stations in this city. The one I disembarked at was much more than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Hotel lobby, reception and breakfast areas were very appealing. Well kept hotel.
