Receptionist, staff isnt nice or polite, most of them are grumpy. Other thing, we were not allowed to store our baggage for two days althought we are coming back to their hotel after that.

2Nd stay after end of tour our room not as clean and no fridge to keep water or drinks and food cold

Our own booking was in a wonderful huge beautiful room. As part of a tour room was tiny and more budget like. Pool was amazing wish we had more time to enjoy it

Hotel do not answer e-mails. Sent four e-mails regarding taxi and forgotten item at the room. Refund has also not been paid back what I can see…we stayed from 21/7, 5 nights.

Parking place for the car should be free given , available and included. Not easy to reach from Termini main train station. The stay was not cheap.

- Carpeted floor in corridor and room. - The hotel area was very clean, but for the rest of the city and Italy (not so much for Milan/north Italy): Nobody picks up garbage - Italy is really like a 3rd world country with garbage all over.

- Very great pool. 50% was about 1,2 meter, 50% was 1,2-2,0 meter. We used it every day, - Pool area not crowded except sunday from 12 (this was end of july). Free towels and sunbeds. - Nice hotel renovated. Impressively large lobby and entrance. Good service. - Actually is it best to get here by car (huge parking - up to €16). 20 minutes to walk to Cornelia metro-stop or SIT airport expressbus. - Spacious rooms with good aircondition. Good beds - not too soft.

Main thing is that it’s extremely far from everything. Price should reflect on location. It’s a nice hotel but transportation really kills the excitement. If it was cheaper it could be worth the extra travel. Must uber to hotel taking luggage in July sun is horrible.

Really nice hotel with amazing pool. Rooms are quite spacious. Thought they would be outdated but they replaced the old TVs with smart ones. Read that staff was rude but they are really friendly actually.

Check in took a long time with passport and other checks and we were hot and sweaty and wanting to get to our room to cool off. Also expensive but we expected that for Rome.

The room was lovely - high up with a view of the pool, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a large choice. The pool was wonderful, large and beautifully clean - we went in after breakfast and had a lovely refreshing swim.

The transportation was not the way that we expected. The way that we departed for the airport around 5 AM was unexpected, and there were some actions not supposed to be done.

The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety, and about the pool, it looks beautiful and big, but we didn't try it because of the weather, which was cold weather. The front desk, restaurant employees, and cafeteria staff were so good and professional.

No kettle in the room and room key was often not working which meant I had to keep resetting downstairs at reception. Bar staff were friendly butt also blunt and dismissive at times. Overall stay was ok and the hotel is nice.

Some of the staffs are extremely arrogant and rude! We extended my stay after a tour for 2 days. I remained at the extremely “not worth my charges” room. They didn’t clean my room after first day but only provided more necessities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even though it’s kind of convenient! They have more people from the tour companies, they don’t need any one to book their hotel! One Word “Rude”!

Check in was messy and delayed, we were given a room and when we walked in there was someone else sleeping there.

Beautiful hotel very busy,it needs a bit of an upgrade though.
