The pool is absolutely fantastic for children and Adults to swim a long length Ergife Leaflet on check in is nice. Big Room makes you more relaxed.

Drink prices at the pool very expensive. Old TV that wouldn't support HDMI on the controller for my firestick My room had 2 tables and a sofa but no Coffee , Tea, kettle facilities. Air con when off , there was still a buzzing noise all night.

Breakfast and the skimming pool was amazing

Receptionist could be more engaging to give more information about the stay.

    Pool, breakfast

Receptionist, staff isnt nice or polite, most of them are grumpy. Other thing, we were not allowed to store our baggage for two days althought we are coming back to their hotel after that.

Our own booking was in a wonderful huge beautiful room. As part of a tour room was tiny and more budget like. Pool was amazing wish we had more time to enjoy it

2Nd stay after end of tour our room not as clean and no fridge to keep water or drinks and food cold

Breakfast is great, but the variety is the same every day and could be better. Also, there aren’t many choices for someone who only eats vegetables.

The pool was the best thing about this hotel, Rome was very hot so we needed.

The staff are rude and unpleasant apart from the life guards Out of the city but we knew that when we booked

    Clean, nice pool area

Hotel do not answer e-mails. Sent four e-mails regarding taxi and forgotten item at the room. Refund has also not been paid back what I can see…we stayed from 21/7, 5 nights.

Size and cleaness of the room, swimming pool, internationl breakfast, conference room.

Parking place for the car should be free given , available and included. Not easy to reach from Termini main train station. The stay was not cheap.

    - Very great pool. 50% was about 1,2 meter, 50% was 1,2-2,0 meter. We used it every day, - Pool area not crowded except sunday from 12 (this was end of july). Free towels and sunbeds. - Nice hotel renovated. Impressively large lobby and entrance. Good service. - Actually is it best to get here by car (huge parking - up to €16). 20 minutes to walk to Cornelia metro-stop or SIT airport expressbus. - Spacious rooms with good aircondition. Good beds - not too soft.

    - Carpeted floor in corridor and room. - The hotel area was very clean, but for the rest of the city and Italy (not so much for Milan/north Italy): Nobody picks up garbage - Italy is really like a 3rd world country with garbage all over.

The location was good despite being a bit out of central Rome. Very accessible by public transport, both local bus services, and metro station, local taxi rank outside Hotel. Shops nearby, including supermarkets. Hotel very clean, despite previous reviews, rooms cleaned and plenty of space, Excellent. Pool, brilliant, addition, including small gym. Breakfast, lots of choice, staff helpful, attentive, friendly. English speaking staff, including reception. Onsite shop for last-minute things. Special mention to staff: Muhammed on Reception. Breakfast Staff: Bruno, Claudio, Cristo, other staff to couldn't remember names sorry, or didn't have badge on and I may not asked their names. I would definitely be returning to this hotel. Me and my son enjoyed our stay.

Not much, very minor point, minor, no kettle in room, but it did have a fridge. There are onsite restaurants, pool bar, etc. for tea, coffee, etc. So I didn't really miss this as such, and local bars around.

Really nice hotel with amazing pool. Rooms are quite spacious. Thought they would be outdated but they replaced the old TVs with smart ones. Read that staff was rude but they are really friendly actually.

Main thing is that it’s extremely far from everything. Price should reflect on location. It’s a nice hotel but transportation really kills the excitement. If it was cheaper it could be worth the extra travel. Must uber to hotel taking luggage in July sun is horrible.
