The location was perfect for our 2 day stay exploring the south east of the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have been good to have a couple of extra pillows on the bed. But only a minor thing.

Great location walk 50 metres to beach, enjoyed the view from our balcony overlooking the beach where we had dinner in our room.

Staff a little inflexible when requesting bar service, we were informed upon arrival that the kitchen was closed Monday night but not that bar closed at 2 pm.

Perfect location, great personnel, nice rooms and good breakfasts

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast (we received a tour from the host past all breakfast options) and good Italian coffee (as well as slow drip Americano). The room is simple but decent and clean. Room 4 has a truly big balcony with seating area. Proper beds, nice pillows, and nice shower! Surroundings of the hotel are a bit shady, but you literally step out the front door, cross the street and step onto the sand beach. Large public parking right at the hotel which is free in the off season. We were here for one night while travelling the island, but would gladly return.

The hotel is at the end of a road, and the public parking lot can feel a bit abandoned.. I moved my (rental)car closer to the hotel, just in case. But maybe that's just me. Since every floor is tiled, noises from the hallway or neighboring room can be heard in the room.

Close to the Beach, really good restaurant

Location near to the beach and great service.

The owner was really nice, he introduced us everything, gave us tips for dinner, what to do; He was amazing; offered us a welcome dring of own selection. Location is on the beach front, with views to sea; parking outside for free; great breakfast with delicious coffee, many options to choose from; good bar with garden/chill out area. Good selection of icecreams, drinks... you do not need to go anywhere else.

it can get a bit noisy from the parking/street as many people are coming early to the beach with dogs etc...; wifi was free but a bit slower; almost no TV channels

Everything was perfect, if you look for being close to a beautiful beach in a place with super nice staff and very good breakfast in a chill garden, this is your place.

The managing staff was great, very helpful, they helped plan trips on the island and were very nice. The food in the restaurant was really good, The hotel is situated right in front of the beach. The hotel and rooms were very clean and there was everything that was needed.

Excellent location behind the beach. Eclelent home made crossians for breakfasts.

Everything WONDERFUL! The rooms and bathrooms have enough space and the shower is very good. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of options and for all tastes. Easy access to the beach. The food in their restaurant is really good. The pizza is amazing! The people are AMAZING! Everyone very friendly, attentive, kindly and caring. Andrea, Michele, Emanuel, Georgia... no words! I recommend it and will come back!!

The hotel is located in a small village by the sea so perfect location to walk to the beach about 100m away. Small restaurant on site with a good selection of food and a range of vegetarian options which was a key benefit for my family. Excellent selection of pizzas and some other options. The hotel had couple of beach chairs we could borrow but we had to buy a sun umbrella for the local mini-market as the hotel’s umbrellas were of poor quality and kept blowing out. Staff were very polite and friendly and made us very welcome. The manager helped out with advice about paying a parking ticket but it would have been helpful to get advice about where we should not park when we arrived. Very safe swimming and lovely refreshing water temperature when we needed to cool off from the summer heat

The beach is very busy on weekends and parking is a nightmare if you arrive after about 9.30am as lots of locals from the area take up all the space. We got a ticket for parking on a grass verge despite no warning signs on display!! Better information in advance about the parking situation would have been helpful. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and there was a lot of noise from the beach bars that night and on Sunday but much quieter for the rest of our stay during the week. Also the village is small with limited options to eat out locally so we had to drive to Villasimius one evening for a change of scenery.

Nice hotel on the beach with very polite staff. We spent one night in hotel and everything was ok. We also had good brekfast and very good tiramisu in the restaurant.
