the internet was slow and the shower stall has a water leak

there was daily cleaning service and they changed my towels every day.

Communication with the host was really hard and only possible with Google translation since she didn't speak any English at all and only Italian. The room was cleaned once a day, but, unfortunately, afterwards smelled like cigarette smoke each time.

The room itself was nice and the underground station was directly in front of the building.

Close to a busy street so it can be a little noisy if you're not used to it.

Excellent location, metro is just in the front of the building. Settled in a great neigbourhood with a lot of cafes and shops to enjoy.

The minibar was empty, at least there could be water. All parking spaces in the area are paid.

It is a great advantage to be in a very decent and clean neighborhood compared to the historic center. There is a metro right in front of it and it is very easy to reach the center. The room was clean and the balcony was very pleasant. the bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all. We were able to sleep uninterrupted. wifi speed was good enough. air conditioner was working fine. we didn't have any problems. thanks pepe

The air conditioning could have been in the bedroom and not the bathroom.

Room was fine for one person. The location was excellent for the centre of Vomero and also some restaurants nearby and caffes. Also the metro is right there outside the hotel.

The shower had some mildew. Also impossible to keep water in the shower and off the bathroom floor.

There is not really 'reception' here, and the guy who checked us in didn't speak English so we couldn't get any help or recommendations from him about the city In addition the room was at 1st floor and traffic is super loud, specifically early morning

There’s no soundproofing, so it gets very noisy. The beds are very uncomfortable and it almost feels like it’ll break at anytime. Also, the owner doesn’t speak English and is not prompt to respond to your queries or concerns

The location of the property is good, it is situated right next to the metro station and also the area around is nice and safe

We didn't ask for the cleaning services, but they entered our room everyday to clean it. Last day the maid came again (we never had the clean my room sign outside) and the next day one of my skirts disappeared misteriously and when we told the host he said it wasn't worth ask the maid who was surprisedly off the day of our check out. The place has awful smells. Next to the avenue with all the noises around

I didn’t like that from the bedroom you could actually see through the wc . And there was a very strong and annoying fragrance smell that brought us headache .

The location is good and very close to the metro station. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful, you could hear the metro in the room, the entrance was smelling like cigarettes and it was quite noisy. Personally we believe that it was not value for money.

Tiny claustrophobic room, icy welcome from host, room did not have a fridge but tea facility and 1 bag of tea.did not feel safe there. Front door looked like someone had tried to break in.

The bed was too low and difficult to get in and out of. Not good with a sore back! The bathroom had black mould in the shower as well as rust. Very noisy room - could hear the street noise. Towels were old and need replacing. No iron.

The cleaners were nice! They were the only staff we saw during our stay!
