Hotel is in a great location, around 12 minutes from the trajn station and 10 -15 to the city center. It's clean and new. The lovely gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to help with everything and make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Our room felt a bit cramped but it was our choice, just didn't pay attention at the square meters when booking.

Unfortunately the shower floods the bathroom very quickly! Only allowed for a couple minute showers before it floods

We had a nice spacious room with a big bed & our daughter loved the double sofa bed she had! Nice bathroom with a good shower. The location was handy too around 10 mins from the main part of town.

The room was gorgeous, the location was fantastic and it felt very secure with the security steps to get inside.

The Television only has YouTube and cable. We would have liked access to other streaming apps and chrome cast.

Everything. Very clean, new and cute hotel. Very friendly staff. Helped with car parking issues, recommended the best city attractions and best pizza in town. Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and the view to the old town was amazing.

The room was excellent and very spacious. Very nice bathroom. Aircon was quite quiet and worked very well. Comfy bed. Small fridge and kettle in room. Had a small outdoor space that was accessible however this was very small and was blocked in by aircon unit. The lady on reception was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in Florence. Overall a great room!

The hotel room was lovely, the best we have stayed in in Italy, however (not the hotels fault) the small park outside attracts a lot of homeless people. This made me uneasy coming to and from the hotel. Some steps to get into property - difficult with heavy luggage.

I'd call it a modest treat, not breakfast.

The elevator wasn't always running due to people not following the well-posted signs.

Good location, walking distance to all the sights. The room was clean and decent size.

You have to pay extra 39-49€/day if you have your own car and they don't tell you about cheaper options. You can hear everything through the walls, also the bedding felt a little itchy.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! It is extremely clean and the air conditioning is great. The location is also wonderful. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel location was good, staff was great, room was comfortable. Check-in process not the easiest as they're not available 24hs, so it requires a little planification and communication with them. We didn't have trouble as they provided a solution that worked.

The door to the bedroom was faulty and didn't close properly every time. Had to open and close multiple times until I could get it to click and shut properly.

The reception and rooms are in a office or residence building, You hear all the steps upstairs if you're in the rooms on the 3rd floor A nightmare!!!

Is not s hotel, is more a Bed and Go… not even s Bed&Breakfast!

The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was unbelievable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The tram stop is 400 meters away and this goes to the airport for 1 euro 70. It also takes you to train station so don’t get a cab.

Reduced hours, not really a hotel reception. No amenities whatsoever, not even soap. We had to ask for some at the reception. Newish hotel but already beginning to be worn out.

Nice central location, near the train station and a nice park. Clean room with lovely room. Loved the cozy boutique hotel feel, very similar to an Airbnb. Quiet, no complaints.

It was close to everything. And the lady at the front desk was very helpful in terms of basic amenities and what to do and see in Florence

I got the superior room. But I got two single beds put together and on the hard wood floors they would slip apart during the night
