Decent breakfast, good location to visit the city

I wouldn’t recommend the economy single room, it really was tiny and I ended up switching up to the standard single room, which is about the size you would expect from a hotel like this.

Lovely staff and very flexible (I had to book this at 9pm on a Monday in the week of Ferragosto because another reservation fell through). A classic sort of hotel, easy to access Modena city centre and a good spread for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Like in many old Italian Hotels the shower is very small nearly impossible to turn around inside

Great location to visit Enzo Ferrari Museum. Good local cuisine. Not as many tourists.

Rooms were showing signs of wear.

Very comfortable. Clean, nice room and bathroom. Elevator was slow. Staff was exceptional! Friendly and accommodating. Recommend.

I had the smallest Shower. Suggest, you enquire before you book, if you're on the larger size!

Tip .There was no kettle but if you ask the staff they will give you one. Nothing we disliked 😃

The room was rather ordinary, but had everything we needed, including a refrigerator The one at the bar was terrible in my opinion And I now understand why nobody came to the bar But I absolutely recommend it as a great value for any stay in Modena

The property has free parking, staff was very responsive and provided an electric kettle so we could make our own tea and ice cubes because we were so hot It was a terrific and pretty expensive breakfast Lovely fresh fruit, and many choices of pastries Also, it was about five minutes from the heart of town and the cool restaurants and nightlife Be sure to walk up toward the cathedral and see a very charming part of the town

The shower was a little small, but it did the job.

Lovely staff, very clean, great location, excellent value for money and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. Great breakfast included too. Its not a fancy place but for the staff, the service and the value for money I would recommend.

The rooms feel a bit old, the single room is really small

Everything was clean and functioning. Hotel is just by the main road, 15 min from the center and main station. Very Good breakfast

It was a little hot in the room. We had to keep the balcony door open during the night.

We liked everything and would stay again if we had a chance. Breakfast was great!

The location was ideal. A short walk to the centre. The room was clean and fresh. Parking was easy and secure. The reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is in a very good location, around 10 min walk from the main square and around 20 min walk from the main train station. The staff was great, very helpful. We visited in November, there were problems with the heating in our room so they gave us a better one. We had a small fridge in both rooms. Breakfast and coffee were both tasty.

Cozy hotel located almost in the very center of Modena. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious and varied breakfast. In such a hotel you can truly relax.
