Good location, nice rooms with really good breakfast. The host was very kind and always online if there was a problem/question the respond was immediately.

1- Noise of the coffee machine available in the hall, it is horrible. We were waking up at 1 AM because someone wanted a late coffee or early in the morning at 6:30. The noise didn’t let us sleep at all. 2- Noise of the entrance door, very annoying waking us up late at night and in the morning because of it. 3- The mini fridge available in the room is super loud also. All these points contributing to us not sleeping well any day.

I had a good stay in Alghero overall. The place was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included, which was a big plus. I would have appreciated a bit more coffee, but it was still nice. The host was friendly and gave helpful local tips, and communication was quick and smooth. However, the walls were very thin – you could hear every word from the neighboring rooms. There was also quite a bit of noise from the street, especially from cars and scooters. It seems the hosts are aware of this, as earplugs were provided, which was thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a decent place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Great location, less then 10 minutes away from the beach. The balcony was a great addition. The room was very clean. The breakfast was super rich and tasty.

The room we had was smaller than the ones in the pictures and it wasn’t properly divided from the hall since we only had a sliding door. Also, the bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The room was clean, location was good and the price was hard to beat. Breakfast was included, which is always nice, but coffee was rather limited.

For me, the most important part of stay is to be able to have a good night sleep. While the bed was nice and comfortable, the sound isolation was really bad. In fact, this place probably had the worst sound isolation I've ever experienced. Our neighbours were not particularly noisy, but we could hear everything they did, from talking to going to the toilet and watching TV. Scooters passing by outside the windows could be heard very loudly as well, and this is with the window closed. And, since we used the small fridge, it was making quite a bit of noise. Earplugs is a must for this accommodation. Please note that otherwise this place was great and Maria was very nice and helpful 😊

Everything was perfect: location, breakfast, bed. The room is comfortable, it has everything you might need. Room cleaning every day. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and were allowed into the apartments without any problems. The staff is very nice and the hostess was always in touch and helped if we had any questions.

Cozy rooms: with great balconies, comfortable bed, fridge, clothes dryer, I loved it there! Fresh breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, water, fruit, super fresh delicious croissants and bread, cheese and prosciutto, jams, butter and so on Perfect location: the nearest beach is 5 min walk, bus stops are 1-3 mins away, 15 min walk to old part and 15 min walk to fabulous Maria Pia, 7 min walk to great supermarket Conad and others are close Welcoming host and staff: the host and cleaning lady were so welcoming and helped me if there were any issues/questions

A tiny, but very comfortable room on the second floor of an apartment building with a small balcony. The Lido beach is an easy walk away, there are even two supermarkets in the area and bus stops both to the airport and the city center. The center can also be accessed in a 20 minutes walk along the beach. The host, Marialuisa was very welcoming, she even communicated with me prior to my arrival and made me sure I can check in earlier. The maid was also very kind, and did not disturb me in the room even if she was already there to clean. The room and the bathroom were clean, I got fresh towels every day, there is also a little basket with a small Italian breakfast (sweets), there is a common coffee machine and a frigde in the hallway. They also offered free and unlimited bottled water. I also liked the idea of a small clothes dryer rack.

The walls are very thin and I woke up to the neighbour's alarm clock in the morning and also heard everything what happened in their bathroom. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second floor (not an issue for me, just in case you can't use the stairs).

Clean rooms with balcony, owners where čert helpful solving aby issues (i lost a key) :) recommendet, maybe little advice malé a sign outside building it's BNB facility :)
