Only real criticism was the kitchen which is very basic (2 electric rings and a shelf top oven) and should be classified as a kitchenette rather than a “full private kitchen” as described and the washing machine which didn’t function correctly throughout our stay despite Pierpaolo’s intervention. On reading past reviews I note that the average length of stay here is between 2 and 6 nights. Our stay was 14 nights and we specifically chose Euphorbia because it had a full kitchen, a washing machine and an outside balcony all fundamentals to an extended stay and unfortunately the descriptions of these proved to be inaccurate.

Pierpaolo is an absolute legend- he is very proactive - contacted us before arrival with check-in instructions etc and responds to requests very promptly and helpfully. The location within 10 mins walking distance of the old town was a great bonus and in easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Street parking was readily available and whilst we did not use them ourselves, the provision of bicycles was and added bonus.

10/10 stay. Free bike to use, close 10 min walk to Lecce Old Town, free coffee pods in room, nice balcony. Everything was clean and room was very spacious.

The terrace had a table with 2 chairs, which were too dirty to use. We wanted to visit the old town with bikes which were offered to use, but they were in such a bad condition that for safety reasons we didn't use them. Visiting Lecce on foot was also very interesting though. Be careful: the door in the corridor closes automatically! When we leaft to check something the door closed behind us, while our keys and mobile phones were still inside. We were in panic, but fortunately a resident on another floor was able to help us enter again.

Good location, just 2 km from Lecce center. Enough windows and light. Good mattress. Basic kitchen ware. Free street parking in front of the apartment. Good communication by Whatsapp with owner. Self check-in was no problem (via Whatsapp or phone). Good price.

My apartment (#5) was very well laid out for its size. Perfect for a single person or couple. Large bedroom with a desk. The kitchen was well equipped with a two burner cooktop and small under counter fridge. Plus a very nice covered outside area. Between the room and the historic center, just a five minute walk, you pass caffès, farmacia, general market and a meat, fruit and vegetable market just in front of Porta Rudiae. Although my favorite morning caffe' is ,"Flow" which is just 150 yards into the center. Just beyond that is "Pizza &Co. Which has amazing pizza by the slice. I tried to extend my stay here but unfortunately they were booked.

Unit needs a refresh. Kitchen furnishings were adequate with the exception that there was no sharp chefs knife, only butter knives that were not very sharp.

Modern decor. The main room was quite large. The bed was comfy. Easy parking on the street.

Easy access to centre of the city and wonderful parking facilities. Grocery stores are in walking distance as are many cafes and takeaways . Easy access to a well laid out apartment which was comfortable and had plenty of space

Some of the pans were not in good condition and I would not cook into them.

Very nice apartment close to Lecce center. We had 2 bikes in mediocre condition at our disposal, but they were very handy to navigate to the city center. Markets are close to the apartment. It has everything you need to wash your clothes. It has everything you need even for medium or long stays.

Checking in was somewhat awkward, there is no host on site, you need to physically be in front of the property for the host to see you on CCTV and let you in remotely.

I love how clean and situated it was ! We had our small balcony to have breakfast and the tenant left some coffee pods along with the machine so we didn’t had to buy any. The housekeeper was so kind and the tenant was so helpful when our plane was delay and he had to open our door at 2am.

Was a little further from old city than anticipated, but we in our 70tes🤭We missed a microwave though, but not an big issue.

Everything we needed, was here. Loved the patio and bed was comfortable. Plenty hot water. Pods provided for coffee machine which we appreciated. Communication with host was very professional.

Great place with all the facilities you need. Stuff very helpful and kind! Walking distance to the old town, supermarket and train station. When you rent a car, there's always place to park it on the street at the apartment.
