The hotel was very cozy, quiet and clean. You cannot find better location in Lignano. It is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking and sun beds are included in the price. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, especially the owner. He was very attentive for the whole stay. The room was cleaned every day immaculately! I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Beautiful and clean Hotel with a perfect breakfast. The owner of the accommodation is very friendly and helpful and manages everything with a clear eye. The rooms and the whole facility is wonderful. The beach, restaurants and everything you need is nearby. On the beach, you have a sun loungers and umbrella at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay - a benefit.

Excellent place. Very clean, good quality breakfast, pretty surroundings, very well maintained, owner tends to everything and is very helpful, sizeable car park, two sunbeds and an umbrella included in the price, close to the sea and the restaurants yet in a quiet cove. We will be back.

We booked two superior rooms (2+3 beds) side by side in the second floor. Enough space, air conditioned and the one of the most important - every day nice tidy! So please say to your responsible colleagues BRAVO! Location of the hotel - no discussion - great. Very close to "main" street with bars, restaurants, play zones, etc., very close to the beach (5-7 min. walking?). Breakfast outside in the hotel garden feel like in a park - quiete and slow - no stress. We enjoyed. Thank you

Friendly host and staff, great location. Beach is about max 5min to walk, great restaurants are also close. Fresh fruits for breakfast. Hotel is also nice, really recommended for a relaxing holiday

I loved that the hotel is a family business, very clean, the owner and son, are no nice ready to help, near to the beach, we had beds and umbrella free to the beach and parking also. Very central and the restaurant recommended from reception was really good one(Poseidon)

Excellent breakfast, and clean rooms. Great location near the restaurant, bar and shoping area. The beach is within a 7 minute walking distance. Parking is available on the premises. The personell is exceptional, the owner has a good word for every guest and the staff is really friendly and professional.

We expected better conditions when seen the pictures. When we have arrived to the room there was a chloric bleach smell in the room. There is no Lift in the building so need to take luggage up on 2nd floor on stairs. Some towels been slightly dirty. Old fashioned style around the building. The bed and the mattress was very cheap material very soft. Not comfortable. Pillows are the same.

The beach was close to the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are nice. Easy to park our car. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was very nice. The owner is also a nice person. Came to us everyday to welcome.
