hello Miroslav, thank you for you message. We usually put on the table the amount of food that, usually, a person will eat and to mantain the freshness of the food. If you wanted something more, you could have asked: our staff would have been more than happy to bring out more! Also, we offer an italian breakfast, not a brunch. Last, but not for rilevance, we are in a secluted place and we try to offer always fresh, homemade and healty food. But not everytime we can find the ingredients, so, can happen that there aren't much variety of the buffet. But, as said before, our staff Is always there to explain, assist and offer the best service we can. thank you
