Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived in Capri. Staff was more than 5 stars! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Big thanks to you to Emanuel, Gaia, Mario and Gianpiero! Hotel is so so beautiful, interior, comfy bed, tasty breakfast and delicious drinks. People that are working there make this place very special! Everything you can ask for is just there! Do not search for any other hotels! It's 10 out of 10 !

If u want to feel like a celebrity I would stay here! The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish! The staff cannot do enough for you they are there to help as much as possible. The views the rooms & everything about this hotel is absolute luxury!! It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at & im so glad I chose here. U will not be disappointed. True capri luxury style !

Staying at Villa Excelsior Parco felt like being welcomed into a family. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, with a beautiful garden that makes every moment feel special. The hospitality was truly exceptionall. From the amazing service to the small details, everything was perfect. A place I’ll always remember, not just for its beauty, but for how it made me feel.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike. The staff were so friendly and helpful with reservations and ideas on what to do while there. Example were walking trails and sites to see.

Every morning there was such an amazing breakfast selection, and in the evenings, cocktails, and little bites to eat. Loved their shuttle service that took us to destinations around the island. Also loved having the outdoor balcony with private Jacuzzi and sun beds outside of our room

Beautiful villa. I have no words to describe how good was the service we received. Room always clean thanks to the amazing staff of the villa. Staff simply amazing so kind and polite and always available at any time. The shuttle service simply made the stay in Capri stress-free. It was amazing! We also got our room upgraded upon arrival for our mini honeymoon. Jacuzzi on the terrace and a lovely swimming pool available throughout the day. We also had a Jacuzzi in our room. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Luxury Excelsior Parco Villa, it’s been amazing and you made our stay in Capri unforgettable.

We liked everything about the property. It was a grand building with fine period (art nouveau) elements with excellent facilities and fantastic views across the bay and to Capri town. We were quite taken aback by just how good it was. The staff were absolutely superb from initial contact by email/whatsapp right through to organising and checking us in for the ferry journey back to Napoli. They were highly professional as they were friendly, always carrying out their duties with a smile. We felt so much at home, almost part of the Excelsior Parco family. The staff catered for our every need and gave fantastic advice on where to visit and what to do while we were in Capri including which restaurants to try. It was also great to chat to them after our day’s adventures and we felt that we could talk about any subject under the sun. The use of a courtesy car to get guests up to Capri town or down to the port is a lovely touch and very welcome given the narrowness of the roads. We’d love to thank the whole team for making our stay such a special one. We very much hope to return in due course.

Villa Excelsior Parco is an outstanding destination for celebration and romance. EP is a beautiful villa, with well maintained gardens, tasteful decor and luxury facilities and good food. Of most importance is though the people that welcomed us and spoied us. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Emanuel, Butti, Neli, Marcia, Mario, Gaia and other angels for making our 25th anniversary trip to Capri absolutely fabulous. See you in South Africa. Cant say enough of the exeptional serviece since the time we arrived untill we left ..number one is the staff all of them from reception to conceriage to waitets to drivers to housekeeping you feel you are your own house...the transport system the welcoming from the port the knolwedge the help in tickets to barbers to hair salon ..even after we left thier serviece was contniuing .the candies coffee welcoming drink ..every thing is exeptional..defientlt they are the BEST They gave me even a free upgrade to sea view

The hotel staffs have very helpful service, every contact can be answered immediately,and facilities are perfect, the pool water temperature is comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious. There are seagulls will park on the balcony is very cute hahaha! Highly recommended hotel. I'll definitely come back next time.

The place is very beautiful, the staff is amazing and helpful! The food was delicious, great breakfast. The transfers offered by the hotel were critical, very efficient and so useful! Made our stay in Capri easy and very pleasant. The staff helped us with information about Capri, booking the sightseeings, ferry, everything! I strongly recommend the Hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant time in Capri!
