Apt was very nice and very clean, about 2 km from Piazza Maggiore, but easy way to walk there. Staff was very helpful, answered quickly, helped us to store our luggage in our room before check in time (subject to the vacancy, there is no luggage storageroom in the building) and gave good restaurant tips. Exellent price/value.

The cleaning lady is great but she needs to clean the hairs and mop the floor better.

It's exactly like the picture the location was 10 minutes on foot from Bologna train station there is a nice pizzeria close by, and a bar, room service everyday with free mini bar with nice snacks, drink and coffee maker I would definitely recommend.

This was a great accommodation, very clean and modern. Despite it being outside of the old town, I did not mind the 25 min walk. I loved the bed and pillows, so comfortable. And of course the communication with Alessio and Federico was a plus too, they are ready to help and offer you all the details you might need. Early check in was available and a free minibar with daily refills. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise too. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Really well laid out. Comfortable bedding, great bathroom. Lighting was fantastic as was minibar stock. Never used virtual entry before but was very easy. Our host was very punctual and kept us well informed.

The care and attention from the host Federico, even before check-in, was terrific. The room is furnished to a high standard and have really thought about what a guest would need during their stay. They even have a GHD hairdryer and striagtener. Services way above any good hotel. Check in was easy and the cleaning lady was so lovely 🩵and attentive. There's a high standard of cleanliness in the apartment and block. About a 10 minute walk from Bologna Centrale so perfect for connection. With the Marconi shuttle just eight minutes to the airport. I cannot recommend this room enough and would definitely stay again.

Soundproof, we could hear the nearby person, but during the night was ok, silenced....

Very clean and comfortable room which includes everything you might need for a pleasant stay, mini fridge, coffee-machine ( including milk foam device from Nespresso ), hair dryer, hair straightener, and even a small gift ( a box of tagliatelle and a tortellini fridge-magnet ). High-tech door handles, you can access the building /apartment / room without a key, just use your smartphone to unlock them :-D

It was a little expensive for just 2 people (even though there were 2 double rooms) however, we knew what we were paying up front. I would have liked an ice machine, however, Ice was available from the supermarket across the street (but closes at 9pm).

Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Good location for access to the train station. Supermarkets and fast food locations close by. Very good amenities in the room, good fridges and the replenishment of snacks and water every day was a bonus. The virtual electronic lock system worked well and was easy to use. We didn't meet any staff, however they were in constant contact before and after the stay and you always got the impression that help was nearby if needed.

Hard to say.. zero negatives

Very modern, clean and comfort.It was more than what we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was spacious and did not lack anything. The mini bar had just the right items in. And of course we will not forget the welcome gift from the host that was in the room when we arrived. Although it we we worried about the location, the bus station is just around the corner and suitable for all our destinations in the town

The room is absolutely new, stylish and clean. The AC is very good, the bed is very comfortable. 15 min walk from the rail station. Nice surprise: Italian pasta and free drinks and snacks.

I really liked the room. Everything was comfortable, functional and made my stay pleasant -water and snacks in the fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, possibility of covering the window with an external roller blind, there was even a hair straightener in the bathroom. And for me, opening the doors to the building and room remotely was very convenient, I didn't have to remember about the keys. The welcome gift (few local products) from the owner was really nice addition. Also the location of the property was very convenient. Literally "two steps" from the old town and from the train station. Which, considering the very convenient train connections, allowed me to not only visit Bologna but also Florence and Ravenna.

Room was big and very clean, with a lot of storage space for people who would like to stay more than one night. Bed was super comfortable, I had a very recharging sleep. Also the owner was very friendly, offering even small gifts. Would recommend!

Great location - easy to find & beside great places to eat. Room was really comfortable and very clean. Bathroom had GHD hairdryer and straightening options which was fantastic. The host Federico was so helpful and messaged before hand to ensure we knew how to get into the property & didn’t have any issues. We’d been left a little gift from a local shop which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again
