Instructions were given to us for getting our bags to the room, but if you are not versed on how to use the Whats App, that itself can cause problems. Once our first hour off the boat was used to figure out how to use the Whats App, we ventured out to see how to get our bags up to the room. This posed a second hour of our time. We ended up walking our bags up to the room, a little exercise in that, but after getting settled in, we enjoyed everything Capri had to offer.

Very neat design - first TV we were able to see something in English, and that was a big bonus for us traveling from USA. Nice view from the balcony as well!

The room was incredible with an amazing view. Additionally, the contact was great, she made absolute sure we made it to the property without any problems. She also made sure we were able to get back.

-We felt very disappointed that the terrace is shared and located right outside suite no. 2. During our stay, we had no opportunities or privacy to use the shared terrace because occupants at suite no. 2 either had their glass door open or moved their table out to the terrace to mark their territory. From the photos and descriptions, we thought we will be having our own terrace looking out at the sea - this was basically one of the main reasons we picked this place. -Even though bathroom looks clean, it had a strong unpleasant scent of human sweat

Wish we could’ve stayed longer… next time, for sure!

The perfect blend of hotel amenities and home comforts! Beautiful views, large, comfortable rooms with fully stocked kitchenette and newly renovated bathroom. Lily, the owner of the hotel couldn’t be kinder or more helpful, booked us amazing reservations for aperitifs, dinner and a private boat tour. She handled everything for us!

Very nice apartment in a great and quiet location. We were 5 minutes away from the piazetta without all the noise. On top of it a small terrace with seaview where you can have a drink or breakfast (not included). A very good value for the price.

Super comfortable bed and pillow …. Large, beautifully decorated room with much red … just far enough off of Capri’s main square to get comfortably away from the insane crowds, but close enough to quickly zip into town (just a five minute walk) … Lily was extremely helpful with suggestions and getting us oriented. Do yourself a favor and walk out to the Natural Arch and/or to Villa Jarvis - both extremely scenic and we saw practically no tourists (just Capri folks going about their business) on either hike. These kinds of walks are the hidden gems of the island if you stay overnight … and staying at Suite Belvedere gives quick access to both. Lovely stay - highly recommended.

Beautiful interior, the location was perfect - very close to the main square (lot of stairs, but everywhere in Capri, you will be fit by the end of your stay). Lily was the best host ever, she gave us so many recommandations and also booked tables in restaurants for us. We truly appreciate the honeymoon gift as well. Thank you so much Lily!

hard to find anything that we didn't like

The suits were so clean and tidy and very well designed, location was brilliant, just a short walk from everywhere, fantastic sea view on top.

The walk requires walking up some steep steps.

We loved the modern room and large space we had. The bed was large and comfortable and there was even a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink and microwave. The location was close to the center of town and easily accessible by foot. Lily was a phenomenal host and was there to answer any questions and give great recommendations for area restaurants and things to do!

I liked everything in my staying ,the room is clean and luxury , the toilet is decorated well. The terrace is shared but beautiful. The lady in reception is nice , she booked for us beautiful resturant and gave us recommendations and options in capri. My next time for sure i will choose the same room.

This was an exceptional place to stay. Absolutely beautiful suite in a brilliant location close to the action but in a side street away from the noise. Fabulous views from the balcony….and really nice welcome with lovely croissants! Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Lily was amazing….she couldn’t have been more attentive! She helped with porterage, booking trips advice on restaurants etc.. and clear precise instructions on how to get to the suite. We were in the apartment “Sun” and my daughter in “Sea”…where we both shared the balcony. Perfect for a larger family or group.We will definitely return there again!
