How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Surrounding streets a bit dirty but not their fault. Worth noting however.
Very comfy bed and blinds that actually block out the light for once, rare in a hotel. Not in the centre of town but close enough.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Even the towels had stains on them.
We got a spacious room, the bed was comfortable. Had good breakfast buffet. Very good location.

Space, finishes, quality
All the comforts - all the space - none of the "unecessary frills" that just add cost and add no value. The rooms are lux. The hotel is older but stylish and gorgeous. k

One negative thing regarding the room that can be mentioned is the bed mattress, which was so hard, and the pillows. These need to be improved. The WIFI was not perfect all the time. Suddenly it got fast and then back to slow. Another thing needs to be mentioned. We asked for cups to make tea/coffee in our room, and they sent them immediately, but without spoons or sugar, something we thought was to be considered logically.
It was overall a happy and comfortable stay. The hotel is not modern but still a good one. The location was nice, in a relaxed and cozy neighborhood. You can find markets and some restaurants nearby. Our room space was very good. The view from our high-floor room was so beautiful. The cleaning service was more than acceptable. The breakfast was fine. Everyone finds something to eat for sure. The staff at the reception was so helpful and always ready to support. Thank you.

Although the breakfast was adequate I personally do not like scrambled eggs or cold boiled eggs.
The staff was very friendly although there was a language gapp. The hotel was kept clean and tidy, The room was of a good size. The hotel is situated close to Metro and bus service so easy to get around. The area of Chiaia felt much safer than other areas we previously stayed over. The breakfast offered included many choices and was adequate for our needs.

Sadly, the lounge/bar area is very plain and dark. And sadly, one of the lifts was out of order on this visit, which meant that there were lengthy waits at busy times.
We love the location of the Hotel and the reception staff are always very welcoming. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast and we have had room 804 for 2 years running which has a very comfortable and large double bed.

Air conditioning was loud and not great
Great safe location. One if not the most amazing view from a hotel room. 10th floor panorama of Naples. Great 6ft bed, great bathroom with twin sinks. V clean.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was very big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Close to metro stations, restaurants and shops. It also has a garage and we managed to get a space. The breakfast was good , the coffee delicious -served in a mug. You can also order your preferred coffee. Safe neighbourhood.

The fact that there was no AC and the room was 28 degrees when we checked in. Unfortunately it's impossible to sleep with the windows open as it is a very noisy street.
We loved the size of the room and the location of the hotel.

Temperature controls a bit fiddly but able to open windows
Excellent location. Managed to get a space in hotel car park which was excellent as parking in Naples is very difficult.

Good sized clean room. Electric black out blinds. Decent location. Toilet was constantly running Air conditioning didn’t work. Local taxi rank cabs want to rip you off.. Use Uber as you know what you’re paying.. no arguments.
