I don't typically leave reviews, but I can definitely recommend this stay in Pisa! The hosts were lovely and accommodating - they allowed me a late check in/out that aligned with my flight times, and provided a google maps folder full of their personal recommendations for the city (attractions, restaurants, etc). The space itself was clean, comfortable, modern, and in a great location (close, but not too close to the main tourist attractions, central station, etc). Suitable for short or longer stays as the shared kitchen has a full fridge, cooking supplies, etc.

Amazing host, really nice! We got a “my google maps” file with a lot of places that we could visit and eat! The place was clean and close to the centre. We were with four and the room was big enough for us. Amazing place to stay for a city trip! Also really safe and nice that it was close to the airport and train station.

Federico and Flavia were fantastic hosts – super welcoming and always ready to help. Nothing was ever a problem. They gave us great tips on the best places in Pisa, from restaurants and pizza spots to must-see attractions. They also had lots of advice about beaches and places outside the city, which was really helpful. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, with a comfy bed and air conditioning. We even had our own balcony with a lovely view. Overall, we had a great stay, and if we ever come back to Pisa, we’d definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect stay. Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the train station, 25 min. to the airport, 25 to the Pisa tower and 5 to the shopping street. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean, bright room with comfortable beds. Shared kitchen with good facilities. Easy check-in and the friendly and helpful hosts Frederico and Flavia.

Perfect location to explore Pisa and Florence. It is very close to Pisa train station and also has shopping street nearby and has supermarkets too. Frederico was an amazing host, friendly, helpful and great with communication. Shared kitchen has everything you need and had comfortable stay. Our room was ready on arrival and the map he provided of local spots and attractions was a great guide for the first‑time visitors. Highly recommend F & F Rooms and would happily stay again!

I would not recommend it for those who would make use of the common kitchen area more intensely. You may store some drinks in the fridge, make a coffee or tree, but not having a meal there would be less comfortable.

This place is perfect for those who would like to use the train to visit also the neighborhood of Pisa (Livorno, Lucca, Castiglioncello etc). It is very close to the train station, but also not far from the city center. The host is very helpful.

Prices are very high in Pisa, respect to other places I have visited in north Italy

Nice and clean room. Also there is a common kitchen area, which is very usefull if you come late and had to eat a takeaway. Also Federico gives you a nice list of rests, cafes and icecream shops. Very close to Pisa Centrale.

The perfect location to explore the city of Pisa, Frederico was the perfect host, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, good communication from the day before our arrival, our room was available soon as we arrived, Frederico provided us with a map of local bars, restaurants, shops &tourist attractions - this was an excellent guide if you have not visited before and the city is easily accessible from F & F rooms, Thank you, we would definitely stay here again
