Location, breakfast, pool and hotel staff.

Dinner was not to my taste and there is nothing in the room minibar. Also no coffee just tea in the room coffee corner.

The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

For three days, no one replenished the shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room, and they were always empty.

The atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff were very very professional and helpful. The food is 10/10. We will defenitely come back!

The employees were really professional, nice and useful. It was convenient to be able to rent snowshoes and polls from the hotel. Dinner was nice, the quality of the food was really good. Very good cuisine. The location is great, 3min with the car or 1 bus stop away from the biathlon center / Nordic center. You can also directly ski there if the trail is open!

Room: ceiling room with old furniture, we hit our heads multiples times going in and out of bed. There was no shower in the bathroom but only a bath, in which is was not possible to stand. We had to shower at the spa. Breakfast: good buffet but more salty options would be appreciated, e.g smoked salmon, avocado. The meals to be ordered could be free of charge. Merenda: good but missing some charcuterie and cheese, as well as drinks such as water, tea and coffee. Dinner: very good dinner, however water should be included free of charge. When we came better 19:00 and 19:30, we sometimes had to wait 45min between two dishes. Spa: the online pictures of the spa are misleading. In reality, the spa is not very big. We did not use the pool because the water was much too cold. There is no jacuzzi or hot tub like advertised online. The hamam worked only 1 out of 7 days! There's is no use of a hotel room upon arrival. However, the table service and reception was good. New Year's Eye was nicely organized, except the DJ stopped between 00:15 and 1:00...which is prime dancing time.

The food options were lovely!

I would say that the pillows were not very comfortable and should be changed to a better quality. It would also be great to have a heated jacuzzi in the spa, as the water in the pool was not very warm.

Bar in the hotel was the size of a mouse house. Spa offer very poor with personel who's energy is very poor. Minibar in the room totally empty.

Superb isolated position in the Anterselva / Antholz valley close to the lake. Nice atmosphere, mix of modern and traditional with attention to details, very kind and careful personnel. Facilities are at the level of 4-star although a bit small compared to the large and pleasant restaurant. No gym though.

Falkensteiner is one of the best hotels we've visited! Amazing food, super friendly staff, and a spectacular location. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the e-bike tour in the mountains was unforgettable. We'll definitely be back!

The amenities and spa. The views and area are so beautiful and the remoteness of it is incredible.

The rooms are way too hot when it’s summer, at night it was 10 degrees celcius and the room was fuming hot, even without the blanket it was too hot. Idk how they manage it in winter but the halls between the rooms were chilly and cool, but the rooms were extremely hot. They should maybe install bug nets on the windows so that people can cool their room down without tons and tons of bugs and tons of of mosquitoes come in.

The team can't compensate for everything, the hotel overall is ok but cant really live up to expectations raised on homepage as "hidden gem" or "exclusive hideaway" - getting a bit worn. wellness area is nice but lacks some nice indoor quiet areas (mostly dark and gloomy), shower for the finish sauna was out of order, dinner was okay but spare ribs seem not the ideal choice for main course (with alternatives: vegetarian and fish, both of which did not appeal to us either), information on order options at breakfast would have been nice - small things that add up. Biggest downer: walls are thin and if you have the bad luck to live near loud guest your night will be sleepless (not the hotels fault, they did try to calm the loud ladies without success). Overall, for what you get the price is too high. So while the team was mostly excellent, I would probably not come back here.

Lovely pool and spa facilities. The dinner was nice and the afternoon snack was great. A nice idea to put the food in boxes for people to take to the table. Bar good. Walking distance to the cross country ski centre and the lake.

The breakfast was OK, but some of the items took some time to be refilled when they had run out - eggs and bacon, the croissants for example.

Hotel is located in a quiet area in Antholz valley. SPA area and pools are nice but in the evening a bit overcrowded. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and really tasteful.

Small rooms at the attic. Parking was full and it was hard to find a parking spot. SPA sometimes overcrowded. Overall, hotel should let less guests to book it at the same time.

I wished if the pool was a bit bigger , spa is ok , the dinner was good the staff was so friendly polite and supportive and very well organized . the merenda and dinner were tasty , the breakfast is enormous and delicious , room service was perfect.

the tv did not function in my bedroom

Not too big, very well equipped, great amenities (spa area in particular), great staff, arrention to detail, flexibility w/special requests (f.e. dietary), great food
