However, we regret to learn that the view from your room did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to kindly point out that, during your previous stays, as a gesture of goodwill from the management, we had the pleasure of offering you complimentary upgrades to rooms with enhanced views. Unfortunately, during your most recent visit, due to the hotel being fully booked in the peak of high season, we were unable to extend the same courtesy. Please note that our hotel offers a wide range of room categories, including stunning suites with breathtaking sea views. While our Superior rooms do not guarantee a particular view, we strongly recommend booking a higher category in advance should the view be a key priority for your stay.
