Location is not the best as the back of the hotel is facing a train station with construction works. This is however a minor detail as once you enter in the hotel, you completely forget it

Amazing family hotel. Plenty of activities for kids (toddlers as well). Food is amazing as well as the staff. Room had plenty of space and was cleaned meticulously.

The room was nice, but it could use a renovation. The toilet and the battery by the washbasin were leaking (so we had wet toiletry bags). For breakfast and dinner, we were seated at the table with chairs ON the air conditioning vent, which was very unpleasant. Nevertheless, after asking them to turn it off, they at least increased the temperature and decreased the intensity.

The hotel is excellent. There's so many things to do for kids. They tried everything - the pool, the slide, the toboggan, trampolines, Falky land, ski slope, a pirate ship. They loved it. The staff is very polite and friendly. They welcomed us very nicely - seated us, offered a welcome drink, and explained everything. The food was delicious.

The children’s club was available through out the day for our children. They had a lot of fun! The food options were amazing. The room was spacious but we couldn’t figure out the heater. It would get really hot even if we didn’t turn it on, so we had to keep the window open. Our key card stopped working but they were quick to fix it! The pool area was nice for our family and our children enjoyed it. The interactive roof was super cool, but the go cart on the Bobby track was broken. However, my children loved the zip line, trampoline area and the playgrounds!

There is no coffee machine in room. The shuttle bus, that is provided by the hotel to get us to the ski slopes was not always avaliable:(

Everything was excellent! Room was spacious, comfortable and super clean! Staff was amazing, friendly and always helpful. Food was great and our baby enjoyed playrooms and a ski slope, as well as the pool and wellness. We also got strollers for use during our stay.

Fantastic property! Service was amazing and the property was nicely decorated and well maintained. We were there over Christmas and atmosphere was festive with many activities planned. Food was delicious and well varied.

Wish the town was a little more bustling but charming. The rooms felt a little small.

Excellent food, variety and selection (highest quality ingredients). Plenty of activities for kids and keeping them entertained (appreciated all the non kids club activities you could do).

Cleaning is an issue. Children bunk beds were full of spiders in every corner. They must improve cleaning.

I asked for the key for the boat at the reception, nevertheless I was asked to deliver it back 15 minutes after because someone else wanted to use the boat too, it seems like there is no policy for that whatsoever. Worst part is that the family that wanted to use the boat were going from point B to A, meaning they wanted to use the boat as some kind of shortcut and as far as Iunderstood it should be a round trip.
