Our room was conveniently located near popular areas to visit and near metro stations for easy navigation of the city. Our hosts were very attentive and the room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast was served every day with everything you could want.

The property was right in the middle of where you want to be in naples.Very clean,staff was excellent Sujith was amazing and couldnt do enough foe you .(milky coffee in morning) also owner produced amazing fresh baked cakes for you to eat.

Lovely stay, right in the heart of naples. Breakfast was served to my son and I each day, which consisted of a locally made toastie, salami and breads, banana type bread. Sujith made great cappuccinos each morning. The beds were super comfortable. The balcony view lovely and matched the pictures. Easy access to Metro stations for travelling around. Would gladly come again and would recommend.

We had great time in Naples, spending 3 nights at Rosana’s house the owner, everything very clean and comfortable, perfect location, quiet, close to everything, specially close to the meeting points for tours. Breakfast was good, Sujith is one of the staff member who was great lovely and helpful. Highly Recommended

Shower was a bit unclean, but with dark spots at the bottom of the wall.

What a nice breakfast and very attentive staff! Sujith helped us when our ferry got cancelled so we new where to go for Circumvesuviana train station.

Great location near main street and still really peaceful. Our balcony was next to University main building. Very nice personnel made the experience just perfect. Especially Sujith made us feel we are in a Grand Hotel, not in a B&B.

The location was excellent…….only 2 metro stops from the main railway station plus close access to the old town. There was also a cafe/ restaurant below the accommodation….great for a meal/drink after returning from a day’s sightseeing. Staff were helpful and the accommodation was clean and a peaceful space to stay.

Someone has written a report to say that there was no emergency escape staircase and advised people not to go. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE> there is an emergency staircase from the rooms to the ground floor and we went down it to check !!It perhaps needs a better sign to say it is the escape route.

Excellent location , could easily walk to the main railway station and to the ferry, near the main tourist sights and easily accessible and the cafes and restaurants were immediate. Breakfast always good, The host, Rosana, was always helpful and friendly.

There has some problem of WiFi. And sound insulation between rooms is a problem.

This accommodation has good access to tourist attractions and restaurants, and the location was really nice. The friendly host and staff helped me stay comfortable. The balcony was stunning, and it was the best place to have tea there.
