Nice design touches, “honesty bar”, breakfasts!

Not much. Could use more hooks in the bathrooms (based on our room, #20).

The location is very close to train and bus station. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruits and good coffee. Service with a smile always.

Everything about the property was great. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

This stay was amazing, we have stayed in many hotels and this by a mile stands out from them all! The staff were so attentive; treated us like their family. The food was on a different level such high quality and so fresh.

the staff were good and accomodating,the location is good, the rooms are clean, and I love their bathroom,it is clean and draining well. An excellent plce to stay, considering the price per night which is a lot cheaper than the other Accomodations, and yet the room and services are really goof.

everything is perfect except for the air conditioning, it is a bit warm in August so the AC didn‘t suffice. The breakfast buffet included is perfect and they also give you Südtyrol Guest Pass mobile card which you can use on your stay for puclic transport and some cable car rides and excursions. But it really is an excellent place to stay and would still stay here the next time I visit the place.

This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

My wife didn't like the combined twin beds, still different from one queen bed.

Good enough for 1 night

Wanted to check out slightly later. It was only 30 minutes but staff will not allow. They could be a bit more flexible.

Friendly welcome and given good tips for the city. Good bike storage. Perhaps the nicest breakfast of our holiday!

Clean, modern apartments, friendly staff, breakfast was beautifully presented, it really shows that the owners take such pride in their hotel & bistro.

The bed was a little hard for me though my husband found them more comfortable.

What a great stay at Hotel Feichter. No more than five minutes walk from the train station, and a great location to explore the city (and beyond!). From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the staff, and our room was utterly spotless. Every amenity was thought of, including the shared terrace and honesty bar which were lovely touches. Breakfast was SPECTACULAR - loads of vegan options too. Thank you for making our trip to Bolzano so special, we will definitely be back!

The fact that we only booked two nights - I wish we could have stayed longer!!

As always, the Hotel Feichter was exceptional. I say “as always” because I’ve stayed here many times, as as much as I always loved it over many, many years, it has become even more exceptional now. I don’t say that lightly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone (with hotel-owned parking a short walk away, and the train station also a very short walk). The rooms are updated, large, particularly clean and modern. the family-owned staff are beyond friendly and the ultimate professionals. I always find it odd to make too much of a cheer over breakfast, but the breakfast here is on another level — the food is fantastic and broad-scope, but the ‘special’ aspect comes in the home-made jams, yogurts, mueslis and, especially, their own stewed fruits: cherries and huge currants in particular. The morning bread options are also truly special, unique for me! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The family will make YOU feel like family.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! And the breakfast was brilliant! All in all, a very comfortable stay and would recommend to other solo travelers!

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, clean & very well equipped which made our stay very comfortable, a big bonus was the washing machine. Breakfast was good quality in the nice dining room, also a great place to go for lunch. Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano which is a lovely city.

Just a small thing but even though the staff were friendly & efficient we never felt like we were able to engage much with them as we had in other hotels we stayed.

1. I stayed in the studio for 4 nights . The kitchen is well-equipped. There's an air conditioner and a refrigerator. 2. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place 3. The breakfast was good 4. The staff were friendly, and the train station and bus terminal are close 5. I got the guest transportation app and used the bus and train for free

The location is excellent. 5-min walk from the train station. It is a short walking distance to the main square, market, Iceman museum and the river path.
