Arrival and unloading luggage from the car has been a bit fuzzy, since there is no dedicated parking space at the building. The neighbouring streets are pretty busy as well. Private parking is 15 EUR a night.

A very clean but small room was good for a short stop in Polignano a Mare. It is just a 5 min walk from the famous beach and statue of Domenico Modugno. The hosts can provide with a parking spot on a bigger parking lot a 5 min drive away. A small hint: check the size of the room carefully, especially if you are travelling with a big suitcase. Good bathroom.

If there was a plug next to the bed it would be good to charge our phones. All is well besides.

This room was small but they did a good job furnishing so it was not uncomfortable.

Very comfortable apartment, well located in proximity to the old town, train station, restaurants, cafes and waterfront. Host was very flexible regarding check-in, had great local knowledge, and even made a dinner reservation for me (at La Locanda Porta Picc - can highly recommend).

Excellent location of the apartments - near the historical center and the beach. Quiet street, balcony with cute furniture and decorations. The room is small, but comfortable, enough for mom and teenage daughter. There is everything you need - hangers for clothes, hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge, cups, glasses. The bathroom is spacious and clean, plenty of towels. The owner is an incredibly nice man. From the moment of booking, he was very helpful - we immediately received information about town, apartments, restaurants and cafes, information about excursions. Thanks to his help, we easily got to the apartment and checked in quickly. Every evening we got a message asking if everything was ok and if we needed cleaning, towels or any help, but nobody disturb us personally.

The staff were helpful. The stay was great. The apartment - had a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a good WiFi, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom - big (included hairdryer, towels, shower gel) and the view from the terrace was lovely. Close to the sea.

The wifi barely worked. The room given to us was without balcony, even though the room I chose in the reservation was specifically with balcony.

The location was great. Parking spot very close to the house, 15 eur/night. The place was clean and neat. The hosts were responsive.

Excellent place! The whole building has been renovated very recently. Has an elevator which is not so common in this area which makes it perfect when traveling with heavy luggage; very well equipped, excellent location. The balcony with a side sea view is great.

It was very close to the sea, very clean and the host was very helpful, helped us with where to eat and what to see in Polignano.

There was a party nearby which was noisy, but it ended by 1030pm.

It was a lovely little room with a small balcony and a bathroom. All super clean. The location was great - easy to find and just a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of town. Lovely beach nearby for swimming. No breakfast but some lovely little cafes nearby which serve coffee and pastries. Easy to use the parking spot that you can pay for.

The space is suitable for a couple for a couple days but it could get a bit annoying for a longer stay as there is only a bedroom and a bathroom which are both on the smaller side.

The size of the main bedroom is quite small, so if you have large suitcases like we did, you’ll find you need to put them on the bed to get your things together. A small sacrifice to be right in the centre of things.

The location of this property is fantastic, a short walking distance from everything you need. Popular tourist beach Lama Monochile is just a short walk away under the bridge, but for those who like quieter swimming you have Grottane even closer. Francesco was very helpful with check-in. The little balcony was a lovely place to sit outside while the sun went down.
