There is a bad smell in the building and the room

The location can't be better. You are in the heart of Rome, 5 min walking from coloseum and Roman Forum, the room was quite clean and the woman at the reception really polite

Perfect location in the heart of Rome, near the Moses of Michelangelo. The rooms are actually within one floor, probably it used to be originally a big flat ot two flats. So it is more like a pension rather than a hotel. Air-conditioning was working well.

Just the lack of signage out the front

Good location, although I little hard to find at 1st due to no signage out the front of building, easy to get to and check in was easy

I have stayed here 3 times in the last year. Lerfect location. Easy check in. Easy to find. 30 seconds from Roman Forum and a minutes walk from the Colesseum. 10 mins walk from Trevi. Cannot fault it

the single room was very small and it would need at least the walls painted to make you feel more comfortable; for a one night stay it will do, if you only come to sleep

location is excellent, very close to Colosseo and to the metro stop, nice restaurants around; staff answered my questions about check-in times promptly and was very helpful, even with luggage storage after check-out

Bad connexion wifi, had to use my 4G and even this was hard. the room on the street side is really noisy

The walls weren't sound insulated very well, so loud footsteps could be heard from above for long periods of time(though luckily not after hours) but I suppose that's the issue with all old buildings like that in Rome

Very good location. Main sightseeing avenues/locations accessible by 10/15 minute walks. Very well connected via bus/metro(Cavour station is 2-3min walk). Had a great pasta takeaway nearby(pasta imperiale)

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel in very good. It is on max 30 minutes by foot from the most famost atractions in Rome - The Trevy Fountan, The Panteon, Plazza Navona, Coloseum, The Rome Forum, Kapitolia and est. The lady on the reception is very kind and helpfull. The rooms are cleaning every day. The hotel is two stars I it is not luxory, but it is clean and you have everything which you need for wonderfull weeekend in Rome.

There was quite a lot of noise from the floor above, that was not part of the hotel.

The hotel opened onto a busy restaurant strip, allowing us huge dining options. There was an elevator to our floor.

No one on reception before 9 am or after 5 pm. Make sure u tell them if u gonna arrive late night or early morning. they will leave room key on reception desk for u.

Nice and clean room bigger than most rooms at same level hotels in Rome specially if u are travelling on a budget.Hot water is very good and lady owner is sooo kind. Location is perfect just 5 minutes walking to all attractions and bus stops and metro station.

if you are arriving late at night or at early morning becarefull. Inshure with hotel lady that time. they will leave you the key at receptiin desk. when i came at 4 am i surprised that there was a lady staying at my room .no one to help u after 6 pm or before 9 am

clean good size room bigger than same level hotels in Rome. Its good value for money specially if you travelling on budget. The lady owner of hotel is soo kind and cooperative. Hot water is always there but shower is bit small. Location is perfect just 2 min from colosseum and 5 minutes from other attractionns. Near to busses and metro station.

bathroom wasn’t swept and someone else’s food was in the mini fridge and shampoo in the bathroom.
