Very clean and lovely aesthetic. Staff were all so warm and kind. We asked for an iron which they didn’t have on the first day, but this was purchased, delivered and brought up to our room by the next day - just brilliant! Breakfast was also super fresh and brought out in a way that made us feel very special.

A stunning hotel property located on the most beautiful Italian street. The location is perfect for trips and sights around the north. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of storage space (which is usually lacking in most hotels!), with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. We only had breakfast one morning of our 5 night stay as we were so busy out exploring each day early, but what we did have was really good food. The spa is also a very nice addition at the end of a busy day hiking to use.

AustraliaThe only comment I can make is that the tv only has Italian channels and no way to stream Netflix ect. A chromecast or Apple TV box would allow people to log into their own streaming services. This is minor and wouldn’t stop us coming again we loved it!
This is a must stay in Brixen! We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked more nights. The hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable.The spa is so lovely with a hot Roman bath and Sauna. The Breakfast was amazing! It is a la carte and all the food was delicious! We also had lunch in the restaurant and it was absolutely lovey! Id recommend having a meal at the restaurant sitting outside, great vibes. The staff were also all so lovely! Overall we had an amazing stay and would come again in a heartbeat

Costa RicaAs a small note the towels felt very new so they did not dry as effectively. And for the more private guests the shower felt a little exposed. It did not bother our party but something to note.
The food was extraordinary as was the attention from the staff. The hotel is a little gem in a beautiful town. It was well designed and very spacious. Overall delightful for a two night stay during winter.
