It was quite dark at all times, it didn’t get any natural light really as the only windows backed onto other flats so it could be quite disconcerting about how light/dark it was

It would be great to have a phone in the apartment for local calls for taxis or emergencies.

The room was fantastic. I would recommend using this property to everyone. Alexandra went above and beyond for us. It was a great start to our vacation.

More a suggestion: Everything was perfectly functional. If i could suggest a carpet near the door ( it rained and my shoes were wet, i was afraid to dirty the floor that would be a plus.

I liked the modern door lock/ electronic keypads. I liked the interactions visa whatapps, but just a note, this is usually not well used from Americans. I had it installed. The apartment is close to food stores and buses but very quiet day or night. I like the possibility to do laundry, very convenient

There was lots of shower gel but weirdly no hand soap, so we had to purchase some. There’s a little bit of a leaking issue with the shower but this is something I’m sure they can fix. We stayed in the Iris suite, with the blue sofa bed, and just be aware that it wasn’t super clear to us that the single and double bed are in the same room, you can see if you scrutinise the pictures, but it’s good to be aware as it surprised us.

Great location walking distance from centre and right by a bus stop. Super effective air con, comfortable apartment, check in was easy and the kitchen was well equipped including a stocked espresso pod machine !

Owner Silvio was super helpful. The place was very convenient and the apartment was very cozy with all the equipment. It made us feel like we are at our own home. The apartment was clean. The size was OK, but some people might find it a bit too small. For a couple with two small children, it might be pushing it. Communication with the owner was OK, but when we needed an answer quickly, he took a long time to answer us.

Cute apartment in a nice old-style building. Small kitchenette with all the utensils needed to cook your own meals. The apartment is one of three (or four) apartments on that same floor. You enter through an outer door and then have to walk through a hallway to get to your apartment. The location is very good, you will walk approximately 10-12 minutes to all the important touristic sites. Apartment was very clean, and the TV had working Netflix available. On the floor of the apartment(s), there is a small room with laundry/dryer, including detergent. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

We booked for 4 people however other 2 were in the sofa so we didn’t have anywhere to sit and the sofa want study enough for 2 adults to sleep in , kids would have been okay Bedding bad toweling didn’t match and very old , bo top sheets on beds

The windows overlook a main street, which is no problem, when you travel during a cold period, but I imagine it to be noisy if you want to sleep with open windows. You need internet when you access the apartment for the first time, which was a problem, because my signal as a tourist was very poor, so we almost didn't manage to get in.

A very modern, clean, nice apartment in the city center of Trieste. The bus to Miramar stops almost in front of the apartment, which is great! The apartment is not decorated at all, which is very good if you travel with an infant. The rooms, also the bathroom, are large. The owner was always very helpul and could be contacted any time. Even a cot was prepared for our little child.

Fabulous location the heart of the city centre and close to all the main squares and bus routes. The sound proof windows made sure the noise of the street didn’t disturb us at all. Ample paid parking all around for those driving in.

Bed very uncomfortable, mattress has sunk and side wall of mattress creates a hard edge. Unit windows looks out to ventilation shaft.

Very unprofessional host. We have to wait on the street to come to open apartment. Very small uncomfortable room, this isn’t two bedrooms apartment. In the entrance is double bed and second room doesn’t have regular door between, there is no living room, no table or regular chairs… There is no normal window to open and take fresh air.. lot of dust and strange smells… location is really good but impossible to find parking around.

While the apartment was technically a 2 bed apartment it was more like 2 rooms with a separate bathroom. There was no separate seating area and the kitchen was just a wall in one bedroom with appliances. You had to go through one bedroom to get to the other and go through both to get to the bathroom. The decor could also do with a refresh

This was in a great location very close to the canal and the centre so it was perfect to explore Trieste. The air conditioning worked perfectly which was good because it was 30 degrees when we were there

We booked a "two bedroom apartment". However, what we got was one room that was partly subdivided! This was a misrepresentation on the Booking.com website that said: "Two-Bedroom Apartment". The beds included a double bed and two single beds, there was no sofa or comfortable chairs to sit on. Only the double bed was made up when we arrived, despite letting the manager of the apartment know that we had booked a two bedroom apartment!
