Extremely complicated lighting arrangement that was totally incomprehensible to me as an older but very experienced traveller. I ended up having to remove the room card from the door slot which turned everything off and meant I could not see my way to the bathroom in the night! No obvious electric sockets in normal places like near the table with the electric kettle. Even the reception staff did not understand the system.

Bar closed at 9.30pm and was a bit pricey (€4.50 for a soda) and the breakfast was a bit disappointing so we ate out (lots of lovely brunch places nearby).

Great location - 10 min walk one way to the train station and the other way to the Arena - on a wide boulevard with a good selection of bars & restaurants. Clean, and staff were very nice & helpful.

We booked a four-bed family room. It was a perfect size for a family of four, but two of the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky sofabeds - suitable more for younger kids than teenagers.

Perfect location on a main (but not noisy) road halfway between the train station and the Arena. Felt safe, even late at night. Very good size room. Decent buffet breakfast served in the basement restaurant. Excellent bathroom. Good air con in the room and automatic shutters to keep out the hot sun.

Almost nothing. Maybe the price could be lower, but Verona is a small city, so prices are a bit unrealistic.

Great location, just 10 min walk from train station, qiute room (and was looking at the main street), spacious just like I expected, big bathroom with jakuzzi bathtub. Kettle was available, although I did not expect it. Electrical roll blinds, big comfy chair, double bed, nice sheets, clean room. Very nice breakfast. Really good 4* hotel, I highly recommend.

A great stay in a lovely hotel. We travelled by bus from the airport and so we chose to stay close to the bus station. It was very hot day and we were so glad we did- it was an only a short walk with our bags. The hotel is situated in pleasant suburbs, the streets were clean and the walk into the old town felt very safe, with some lovely bars dotted along the route. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

I do not think the hotel deserves 4 stars- it was shabby, with many corners and narrow corridors, breakfast room without natural light and a bit overcrowded (one day, OK the other day, probably depends on the time). Our room was small, looked nothing like the pictures, and looked into the yard and on a wall, you had to lean out to see the sky. The air condition is centrally regulated from the reception which was a bit unusual so we were first hot and then cold but worked it out ultimately. The beds were OK

The hotel required 50 Euro CASH deposit for their car park gate remote. Would not take card payment for it, so I had to walk around to find a suitable cash machine that worked with my UK card. Not ideal as it was a very hot day and I had been driving all day.

Shower unit was compact and would not be suitable for a wheelchair. The bar closed very early on certain days.

Accessible room met my needs as a wheelchair user. The hotel was very clean, well presented and comfortable. The breakfast was included and provided a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.
