Good location, clean..

I have asked to delay check out for 1 hour and they want to charge 25e. Simple answer is we can or we can not, nobody extra charging.

The location was nice, close to the central station and the old city.

The room was pretty expensive, and it's was weird as hell. No electricity plus near the beds. The toilet/shower room was just so much going on...

The electric curtain was out of order.Hard to get to the balcony but no view so not a big problem.

We stayed in this hotel with my family The number was like from 90-s There were so many multiple light switches and half of them did not work The “ the best part “ was air conditioning. The only way you can switch it off,is calling the front desk and asking. The reservation was for three separate beds,but one of the bed was a cot bed. The outside view was a stairwell, with the lights on the whole night It were shades,but they did not work Bar was closed already at 21.30 The breakfast was good and the room was clean But 4 star hotel was so old fashioned and not comfortable For this price you can find absolutely better options

Modern in comparison to other Italy stays. Great location - 15-20min walk to arena and main shopping area.

Extremely complicated lighting arrangement that was totally incomprehensible to me as an older but very experienced traveller. I ended up having to remove the room card from the door slot which turned everything off and meant I could not see my way to the bathroom in the night! No obvious electric sockets in normal places like near the table with the electric kettle. Even the reception staff did not understand the system.

Location was very good. Hotel were clean and tidy.

The pillows were very flat with little support.

We stayed only for one night and did not have huge expectations..

The hotel could have more parking spaces available. There was a misunderstanding during our conversation and the hotel did not provide us with a parking space. Other than that, the Hotel has been hacked and I was receiving scam messages asking me to pay for a stay before an arrival. However, it was all clarified by the personnel. The view from a room was horrible...

Comfortable rooms, quiet location. The breakfasts were excellent, served in a beautiful room.

Not much. Poor lighting in room 441’s bathroom made shaving challenging.

I like the people work on it but sincerly doesn’t deserve 4 stars

Was a 4 stars 40 years ago now really not, there are 3 stars in the old city with better price and o better services

No working AC and facilities much older and less comfortable than suggested

Hotel position, 600m from railway station and less that 1km from Verona old town. Check in earlier than expected.

Check out at 10.00 am, breakfast - average for a 4* hotel, both range and quality, overall price paid for our 2 nights stay

Great location - 10 min walk one way to the train station and the other way to the Arena - on a wide boulevard with a good selection of bars & restaurants. Clean, and staff were very nice & helpful.

Bar closed at 9.30pm and was a bit pricey (€4.50 for a soda) and the breakfast was a bit disappointing so we ate out (lots of lovely brunch places nearby).

Good location

Shower difficult to use! And water in the room and toiletries had already been used. Bar closed at 19.30.
