Great location, comfortable room and excellent hosts. Perfect for a few days in Bari. There are 3 rooms on the property, so it was quiet. Located right behind the old town.

Outstanding property especially with the roof top terrace with amazing sea views. The owners go above and beyond to ensure you stay is filled with the comforts of all you need. Coffee and snacks in the morning before we headed out to explore the amazing old town and the beach. Comfy bed, beautiful shower.

No issues

The location might not seem its the best, but once you step inside its amazing. Quaint little place. The Host are amazing and kind...they wait for us to get off the bus and came to help us. The bus stop is infront of the location. There is a little cornetto shop next store. And Bari Vecchia starts with the alley next door.

Brilliant location . Clean and modern room with great facilities. A little on the small side but very well designed. The host were very helpful and provided water tea coffee and snacks .

We loved the enthusiasm of Laura and Enzo, no question was too much and the detailed explanation of all facilities, including useful free parking spots nearby was lovely. Thanks once again for all of this!

The owners were so thorough and helpful during my stay. They booked me a taxi for my trip back to the airport! Gave me a map and told me all the places to go.

Room was very small - I struggle with a bed up against the wall ( though I guess typical of the region )

Enzo met us outside normal checkin hours and was so nice and informative !! Provision of tea/ coffee / water / snacks for our 3 night stay was much appreciated . Security in the building was great and we were easy walking distance to all the sights .

The location is great, but it's worth noting that this is the city center and Flavi is close to the street, so it can be noisy. You'll likely want to keep the windows closed at night—unless you're an early riser who doesn’t mind waking up to the sounds of the city!

he location is fantastic – you don’t need a car to get around, as everything is within walking distance, including the train station. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, always ready to assist and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

There are stairs to the room and roof top terrace......not great for people that are not very fit but we were fine and the view was worth it !

We were greeted by Enzo who helped us to our room and explained everything and gave us tips on what to see in the area. Water, juice and snacks were provided both downstairs and on the roof top terrace. Laura was available by phone for any information. We sat on our balcony or the roof top terrace and watched the ferries and cruise ships arrive and leave. We had an awesome stay at Flavi. The housekeeper kept the rooms immaculate, the family who own and run Flavi are lovely.

The shower didn't have so much pressure but a minor thing compared to all the other great facilities this place offered.

Perfect location close to old town (like next to old town), host was really nice and helpful, smooth check in and check out. Really clean and nice that there was free water bottles in the fridge!

Our stay at Flavi has been the highlight of our vacation. The room and the whole Flavi building were immaculate, tastefully decorated, with views of the harbor, and next to the picturesque old town. Coffee, tea, assorted drinks, snacks were available free of charge. Great terrace on the upper floor as well. Enzo, our host, provided thoughtful and comprehensive service for all our needs. He made us feel like family. We highly recommend Flavi!

Thank you Laura for your hospitality ! 😊 Everything was perfect. Apartment is great !! located in district - Bari Veccia. Very close to all historical buildings .. just few minutes walking. Very close to Murat district too. In the apartment you will find all want you need including snack, coffee, tee ect.

Property smelt amazing when we walked in and was immaculate! Has every amenity you could possibly need for your stay and Laura was incredibly helpful and friendly

Room&bathroom were small. Stairway narrow and steep

Tina was a great hostess , she took the time to show on the map the old and new Bari as well as points of interest and restaurants. She made reservations for us. Very close to Bari Vecchia. Room very clean and recently done. Wonderful terrace

Steep narrow staircase could be a problem for some. We had no issues.

Loved our cute room here. Great location in Bari, the old town was on our doorstep. Kind hosts left water and snacks for guests in the reception areas & we enjoyed great coffee in the mornings made using the coffee machine.
