    Only thing to improve in the future is to put air-conditiong in the rooms. However, I understand that in the past, temperatures were not that high in the Alps, but with the climate changes we have experienced 36°C during 5 out of 7 days of our stay, so this is something to consider for the future.

    Hotel was excellent, hosts really nice, food 10/10. Rooms very clean and ours was very spacious.

    Unfortunately we did not realize we should have booked half board before the trip (especially since this was not an option on Booking.com). As we arrived it was Easter holidays and it was not possible to stock up for us. Next time we'll book the half board as well.

    The hotel is small, family-owned and operated by family members. The staff was very kind and forthcoming. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast of good quality. The hotel was really neat and clean.

    Thomas, the owner, was very unwelcoming to us. Basically none of our requests were possible, even if it was small things like getting some extra cucumber for our son during dinner or some honey for tea in the evening (explained that honey could only be given for breakfast). As a guest you feel like a burden and basically nothing is possible. It is the exact opposite of what hospitality should be about. We were very disappointed by this rude and unfriendly treatment and for this we would not come back. Dinners were okay except for last one, when basically all courses were just fried...Mind that no changes are possible and any time we asked for something extra for our baby, we were never given... Unbearably hot in the the room with no aircon nor a fain. Super tiny bathroom where you keep hitting yourself because you don't have space. No fridge in the room.

    Overall, the hotel is very nice. Pretty garden with a pool, nice terrace for eating outside, great breakfast and good dinners.
