Tho the room is nice, right outside the door there is a street where lots of people pass by so one can hear them from the inside (on the other hand, after 11pm is quiet in general but some noisy person/child might pass from time to time outside and light sleepers might be woken up). As others reviews say, the mattress is quite poor and needs to be replaced (it is not uncomfy but one can tell that it is a spring mattress which sounds a lot and feels cheap). That said, all in all we had a good stay and can recommend!

This is a normal size room (for 2) right in front of the beach. It is comfy, clean and very well kept. Rosa the host was helpful and gave us lots of info about the area (she does talk very fast tho so maybe it would be better to make introductions a bit slower). It's like 15 min walk to Forio town and port but actually the area next to the room is better than the town itself (we found the restaurants less full, by the seaside, private lidos are there as well, in the night you can walk next to the empty beaches and have a drink at the beach bars etc). It also has an external terrace where one can hang clothes and have bkfast-there is a table and 2 chairs)

The bathroom tap looks great but it makes it wet all around, it’s hard to avoid, you need to be really careful to not make a splash due to how the sink is placed

It’s clear that they designed the place with love, there were many little details that we like in the room. The views are impeccable, you open the window and there is a majestic sea view

Perfect location for a quiet few days in Ischia. A good sized room, with comfortable bed and excellent shower. A 30 min walk if you turn right from the apartment door, up to the Gardens of Mortadella, 10 minutes to the little port for dinner, with a couple of good restaurants en route. Near to bus stops to visit other places on the island. 10 mins walk from the ferry. Across the road from a sandy little beach for a swim. Clear, warm water even in October. We were doomed with heavy rain and thunderstorms (great TV opposite bed helped when we were marooned). The torrential rain caused a leak in the roof, then we managed to lock ourselves out (with the key inside the door) and were rescued by Salvatore the owner, who is a policeman. A memorable stay for Rosa, Salvatore and us!

Everything was great

This was our best stay in Italy. It is located across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. There are multiple restaurants just a few steps away and downtown Forio is about a 10 minute walk. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a small enclosed private patio. The bedroom window looks out over the beach. Our host met us in person and gave a nice explanation of all the facilities. We were left with ample coffee, waters, milk and packaged breakfast/snack items to last our stay. I recommend Cafe Nana’s for a great coffee and croissant in the mornings-just a few doors away. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We liked everything.

The location is perfect. It's a little house right across the road from the sea. It had everything we needed, including coffee making machine, goodies for breakfast and a nice yard. Rosa was very friendly when she met us for check in.

Best location you could ask for if you wanted to be close to the beach. The beach was literally right across the road. And a couple of hundred metres and you’re on a lovely patch of sand which is frequented by locals and tourists alike. The breakfast is as mentioned - but don’t expect fresh cut fruits and eggs. It’s a little tray in the room with some biscuits and pastries. However, that’s what is mentioned in the description so we weren’t disappointed. Communication with the host was great and smooth. Very sweet lady who also let us have a late checkout. All in all totally worth booking. One of the cleanest little apartments we’ve stayed in. Would visit again.

The only downside is the breakfast because you only get a few water, yogurt and dry cookies. It would be great if there could be some refill with sliced fruit and some slices of salami and cheese that are stored in a refrigerator. And we did not get the refill, although we stayed for 6 days.

The location is amazing. The cleanliness and the amenities in the apartment are also nice.

Perfect place if you stay in Ischia / Forio area. The beach is directly in front of the house and you can walk by foot in 10 minutes to Forio. There are some good restaurants nearby. Check out Pizzeria DiMeglio :)

“Breakfast” consisted of biscuits and mini tarts. This property is located in Forio - not in the centre of Ischia or near the port of Ischia.

So so close to the beach and beach clubs. Property was clean and the host was very accommodating- we were able to check in early. We had cold bottles of water and milk in the fridge for us. A 10 minute walk from the port of Forio.
