The elevators were small and often hard to get quickly. It’s an older building so the stairs creaked a bit.

Hotel has a wonderful location and a great staff. Breakfast was extraordinary and their cappuccino was the best I had while in Rome. Room was very nice and the bathroom was much larger and updated more than I expected.

The hotel is in an ideal spot, close to all attractions, cafe, bars & restaurants & a short stroll to the Colosseum.

Window in my room was opening to an air shaft, but I didn't open it due to a hot weather.. It would be nice to have a window looking at the street or in to an atrium. Otherwise it would be 10.

The restaurant was occupied with a private event that we only found out about on check in - the restaurant was a big part of why we stayed at the hotel and we never got to use it.

Location was excellent. Check in staff was phenomenal, immediately offering to help us book tickets for stuff we were curious about and getting us a good price! Cleaning lady was lovely. And THAT VIEW!

Very central location, you are literally y in ancient ruins as soon as you leave the hotel. The design is very old-style, and some furniture is bit shabby, but this is part if hotel charm. The room is small, but has everything needed, and was clean. The staff is very welcoming and help with everything. And if course, the hotel terrace is breathtaking.

Hotel front desk greeters are just not that friendly or welcoming but whatever. I'd be annoyed with tourists too, however we ARE the reason they have that job. A simple smile would be awesome.

Great location, old hotel with lots of major attractions close by. Rooms were pretty authentic Italian with comfy beds and pillows. You know when the pillows are so thick your neck hurts and you can't get comfortable. Not these, there were soft and flatter which I personally love so that's awesome. Nice suite with a tub which was nice to soak in after a month of walking around Italy in hot weather. Restaurant view was great however only a sliver of the colleseum... But lots of other interesting stuff to look at. American bar on rooftop was nice for a very expensive cocktail but hey, when in Rome 🇮🇹🤗

There were no in room ironing facilities. There was an ironing room on our floor.

Location was amazing. 5-10 mins walk to The Colosseum and The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Breakfast on the hotel roof was fantastic with stunning views. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
