Modern, clean (physically and aesthetically), updated, comfortable beds, shower, central location. Walk 5 to 25 minutes in any direction to see the sites in less time. Shared kitchenette with microwave is great for a longer stay, maybe next time.

We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room for no extra cost which was amazing! The jacuzzi was so relaxing after a long day of walking. The hotel is very central so is ideal for exploring Rome as most attractions are within walking distance. The air con is great and the bed is very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels every day. We had a lovely stay!

There can be some noise outside the hotel early in the morning (bins being emptied etc) so we were generally woken up early. The hotel does give you earplugs to help!

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. What really made my stay special was the outstanding service from Christie. She was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed there during our honeymoon and the staff being informed decorated our room beautifully, they were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting immediately with any request. The room was spotless, with daily cleaning and the thoughtful addition of two bottles of water in the fridge every day. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions so we explored Rome entirely on foot. The hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, making it the perfect choice for a stay in Rome.

Everything. Great service. Polite courtesy hosts. Complimentary coffee, tea and water. Television works and is connected to wifi with streaming services available. Easy to enter and exit and a great location to walk to city attractions and connect with transit.

Great location; walking distance to all main attractions yet tucked away on a quiet street. Staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating.

Room was small and no view but was comfortable, updated and good for the value.

The staff went out of their way to be super helpful to our group. We were a little early so room was not ready and luckily for us we were given a room upgrade by the lovely receptionist. We also left late and were given a room where we could share, store luggage and use the shower etc before our flight. I could not fault the staff. The situation is very central and the rooms are lovely

This hotel was amazing! The best hotel we have stayed in in Italy. We highly highly recommend staying here! It is 10 mins walking distance from everywhere! The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back.
