The staff were exceptional making out entire experience so memorable from the moment we arrived till the day we left. The terrace dinning was fabulous as was the pool and the free shuttle in and out of town

Location is perfect for view, for peace, but since any store and restaurants are pretty away from hotel you will need car and patiece because of traffic.

I have never seen such service. From guys who park the car to cleaning ladies who even wash my swimming suit. Swimming pool is so clean like all hotel although it looks like it needs some update

Im lucky to have travelled a lot, and this was the best hotel experience I have ever had! Firstly the Hotel itself is stunning. The staff are absolutely unbelievable. Facilities and rooms are top-notch. The spa is quite possibly the nicest I've been too. They provide a shuttle to and from town, so nothing to worry about regarding distance to the town centre. It was our honeymoon and they arranged the most beautiful setting in our room it was absolute class. Every encounter with a staff member across all areas was first class. Cannot recommend this hotel any higher.

The rooms are beginning to show their age and could benefit from some slight refurbishment.

The staff were genuinely friendly, the concierge team went out of their way to assist, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The pool and spa facilities were also top-notch and made for a truly relaxing stay.

I wasnt able to get a cot/crib for bubba.

Everything was meticulous! From the room and welcome treats, to the shuttle bus service they provide for free. It’s worth the stay! Staff were super friendly and very accomodating.

Amazing stay, we’ll definitely be back! The staff at the Bristol Grand Hotel were absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the first moment. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of. Breakfast was great, lots of options, everything fresh and tasty. Everyone we met was kind and made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

I loved it all

Hotel Bristol is glorious! The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and our room and an amazing view over the bay. The pool is luxurious. They are incredibly well staffed and the staff are super helpful. There is a shuttle bus into town but it is also a very pleasant walk. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Italy.

Slightly expensive drinks, but what you expect from 5 start hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, with a fantastic rooftop restaurant. Staff were all super friendly and the concierge was very helpful. Free shuttle into Rapallo was great. Amazing spa with great facilities, we both had a massage and this was expensive but well worth the money. Outdoor pool was well maintained, easy to access sun loungers and pool bar. We also had a steak on the special menu one night this was fantastic and also tried the tasting on the rooftop one evening. This food was a little different but a fantastic experience non the less

In fact, I have been to more than 20 hotels in Italy. This is the first hotel where I feel at home. The team there is very good. I will come back next year. I wish them success. It is a beautiful hotel and the people are very kind.

All this did not come cheap!

Location was great with easy access to Portofino and Cinque Terre. It is also facing south with sun on the pool most of the day. Sea view was great. Cleanliness of the facilities and the bedrooms was outstanding. Breakfast was a feast. We got bespoke advice from the concierge to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre: we were able to avoid most of the crowds while walking on not so known trails with breathtaking views.
