We were leaving early in the morning for days out. Too early for breakfast. It would be nice to have an option for take away breakfast, and an option for hot drinks. Kettle in room would also be good.

The hotel is in the "traditional" style so the facilities are not so modern, although everything functions. The breakfast could do with more fresh vegetable and fruit options. İn the middle of August there was only tinned fruit.

Small family-run hotel in the lovely village of Niederrasen. Great as a base for exploring the Sesto Dolomites and the Anterselva valley. The room was clean and spacious with large beds and a balcony.

Our room was on the third floor. Lift not working and from the looks of it, its been out of order for quite some time.

For breakfast you get charged an additional 15 EUR, which may still be an ok price, however you may get charged extra for items you take with you (for us it was 2.50 EUR for each single bread roll with topping). The room was rather basic and didn't offer comfortable chairs.

The hotel is nicely situated near the Pustertaler Staatsstraße, which leads you to your alpine adventures. The staff was very friendly and bilingual. The breakfast buffet was quite rich. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I booked a single room with a shared bathroom but got upgraded to a double room with my own bathroom, so I was super happy from the moment I arrived! The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The staff at reception were very helpful in providing advice on nearby attractions, which was came very handy. I can absolutely recommend.

Picturesque town, absolutely beautiful location. Friendly staff, easy to check in and out. Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful views and location was excellent to get to Lago Di Braies (20 min drive by car). It was about 45 min to Lago Di Sorapis and 55 min to Tre Cime. These were my three destinations hence why I chose this hotel.

3 stars..???. Elevator broken, suitcases on foot up to the 3rd floor, door height 1.90m, we bang our heads everywhere, bedbugs in one of the rooms!!! with dozens of spots for my 2 daughters the day after the first night, then horrible itching for several nights with the impossibility of sleeping before at least 3 a.m., curtains not at all blackout, non-existent soundproofing, noise from cars all night, no hot water the 2nd evening forced to take a barely lukewarm shower then cold, dilapidated furniture with lots of cigarette holes in the sofas and on the carpet... almost never anyone at the reception, especially the evening we noticed the bedbug bites, or the morning of departure.. no help to give us medicine against the itching, forced to wash all the linen at 60 degrees to hope to disinfect it, and steam the suitcases... never seen that before in 43 years, worst hotel of my life!!! RUN AWAY!!!

Elevator not working we carry our 7 luggage 4th floor and no assistance from hotel. No Irons and table. No exhaust fans on bathroom block no ventilation. Rooms without terrace.

Cold room, i didnt sleep well. There wasnt lights on at hotel, nowhere (starting from 7p.m). It was hard to even see keyhole at main door. Super old hotel, price was way too high. Breakfast was miserable. Owners use hotel as they livingroom.. i dont want to book home-stays, but i end up one..
