Room was very small, very dated; could hardly move in the shower; breakfast was poor - expected at least fresh fruit in Italy in August, but there was nothing (tinned peaches) freshly prepared - and bread was not fresh; for the cost of the room (over €200 a night) this was not good value for money. The hotel is surrounded by empty, unfinished properties, and felt a bit neglected

The location is amazing, sandy beach is right next to hotel. The view is amazing. Also from corner rooms, see view is available. The breakfast was very good: various options (mostly sweet) with exceptional view.

The location was amazing - driving down the long winding narrow switchback roads felt treacherous, but then you pull in to this fantastic view and secluded beach location and it all felt worth it. The view from our balcony was amazing.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic – just ten steps from the hotel and you're in the sea, with a breathtaking view. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt genuinely sad to leave – I just wanted to stay longer and keep enjoying the relaxation.

Excellent value. Quaint old style Italian hotel with private resort like pool (free) and pebble beach (fee for chairs/umbrella, I believe. We arrived late and were not charged) Gorgeous crystal clear water. Small bar/patio and restaurant with stunning ocean views. (We did not eat at the restaurant but instead walked 10 mins uphill for a casual pizza meal) Quad room offered plenty of space for family with two teens, comfy beds and blackout shutters. Very clean. Free parking on site. Perfect spot for a stop on our drive south.

We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight and the night reception person was the nicest, kindest. He even got us a bottle of water and let us know they had given us a room upgrade for free, to a room with a view. It was spectacular to wake up to the sound of the sea crashing against the shore and to see the run rise above the horizon. It has access to a private beach, loungers and a swimming pool. Breakfast was traditional but god and the staff were very, very nice. The property also has gated parking which was a relief when arriving so late.

Accessibility was a bit challenging and only accessed by car.

Hotel was excellent with great facilities and ideal for people who want to enjoy the beach. Great breakfast and room with a view. Good restaurant on site.

The location was amazing. Straight on the beach, with everything there - pool, beach, bar, restaurant. We had a budget room but it still had a balcony and sea view which I thought was good value. The staff were attentive. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant and the staff. We only ate there one evening and one lunchtime but the food was good and, considering there is no competition nearby, the price was reasonable. I had read that the hotel was perhaps a bit shabby, had maybe seen better days and that the bathroom was tiny and whilst all that is true I would say that for the price we paid, this was an excellent hotel and none of it mattered. With Booking.com we got an amazing deal and we were more than happy with everything. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a completely carefree break in one of the most beautiful places you could wish to stay in.

A bit outdated room, yet not really an issue as the room is nice and pleasant for stay.

Lovely location over the magnificent beach. Quite and calm place. Very good breakfast and good restaurant on site for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent private parking on site. Highly recommend hotel.

We left early to go to Naples airport and asked for a breakfast bag to take away maybe drink croissant or fruit but unfortunately they didn't provide that which was a shame!

location location location great hotel in a beautiful area by the beach with a pool. Nice restaurant serving lovely food with a fabulous view.... what else do you need. Also great value for money.

The drive through the mountains and down to the property is not for the faint of heart. Room was small with tiny bathroom. Could pee and brush your teeth at the same time. Convenient, but squishy.

The location on the sea 🌊 was beautiful! The beach was clean and serviced with chairs and tables with umbrellas. The patio is a wonderful spot to sip on a cocktail from the lobby bar and watch the sunset. Dinner was good and the service matched!

Weather was unfortunately not cooperating, obviously not the hotels fault. The location was not too close to other areas to visit.

The location is great, right on the beach, there is also a great pool. The beach is a typical Italian beach, which means rocks and pebbles. Water shoes are highly recommend. Restaurant served breakfast, which had many items to choose from and lots of cappuccino!
