The views, and pleasant, hardworking staff; the poolside/garden

Room was very small, very dated; could hardly move in the shower; breakfast was poor - expected at least fresh fruit in Italy in August, but there was nothing (tinned peaches) freshly prepared - and bread was not fresh; for the cost of the room (over €200 a night) this was not good value for money. The hotel is surrounded by empty, unfinished properties, and felt a bit neglected

The location is amazing, sandy beach is right next to hotel. The view is amazing. Also from corner rooms, see view is available. The breakfast was very good: various options (mostly sweet) with exceptional view.

The hotel rooms are not so fresh

The location was amazing - driving down the long winding narrow switchback roads felt treacherous, but then you pull in to this fantastic view and secluded beach location and it all felt worth it. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Pretty tranquil area, one could hear the sound of the waves from their room. I fell asleep listening to the sound of the waves.

The hotel is pretty old and stuffy. The staff were not friendly, which has become an unfortunate sad trend at most places we have visited in Italy (west and southern Italy). The beach was pretty disorganized and did not feel clean at all (was smelly). The restaurant offered mediocre food.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic – just ten steps from the hotel and you're in the sea, with a breathtaking view. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt genuinely sad to leave – I just wanted to stay longer and keep enjoying the relaxation.

For three beds I would expect more than one room, but it was okay

Excellent value. Quaint old style Italian hotel with private resort like pool (free) and pebble beach (fee for chairs/umbrella, I believe. We arrived late and were not charged) Gorgeous crystal clear water. Small bar/patio and restaurant with stunning ocean views. (We did not eat at the restaurant but instead walked 10 mins uphill for a casual pizza meal) Quad room offered plenty of space for family with two teens, comfy beds and blackout shutters. Very clean. Free parking on site. Perfect spot for a stop on our drive south.

Can't criticize much. If there was a fee for beach chairs, would be great if included..

Pool was lovely after a long days drive. Location was restful with amazing outlook. View from room/balcony superb.

Bed very uncomfortable, bathroom extremely tight

We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight and the night reception person was the nicest, kindest. He even got us a bottle of water and let us know they had given us a room upgrade for free, to a room with a view. It was spectacular to wake up to the sound of the sea crashing against the shore and to see the run rise above the horizon. It has access to a private beach, loungers and a swimming pool. Breakfast was traditional but god and the staff were very, very nice. The property also has gated parking which was a relief when arriving so late.
