Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe hotel is very disorganised, there are no iron or iron boards available. The kitchen/breakfast area is small and full of random dirty washing bag, the tables cloth are dirty. The towels in the rooms are smelly, no air conditioning, apparently there is a rule in place that it can only be turned on from July even though the room was very hot and uncomfortable in the morning. I will never go back there

Amazing location and the rooms were perfect for the price. Clean and tidy with a good bathroom. Air con was a life saver too. The location is brilliant too, just a 2 minute walk from the big train station where you can catch bus rides to all the main attractions

It is claimed to be a 3star hotel but at best it seems like a 1 star. leaking pipes in toilet,small shower,very low hot water pressure, broken drawers,etc They don’t even let guests to use air con in a 29-30degress hot weather and said aircon is for mid June to Sep only despite it is advertised differently in booking.com And don’t trust the pictures. Picture are a whole world something else.

United KingdomThe worst place ever to stay , i am not talking about the room size or facilities or the location, i am talking about the security, the staff treatment and respecting guests which is below zero , the place with no staff at night, so imagine if fire or someone get to the hotel , who will respond?! i booked a double room , they gave me 2 singles and joined them with a sheet and when I mentioned this to one of the staff she said it depends on the availability, so if it depends on availability make them normal as twin instead of embarrassing yourself , there is no blind curtain and when i asked she replied with a funny answer , we sent it for washing, by the way the window was broken from outside so I couldn’t close it so we have to wake up early from the sun lights also the heating was not working for the first 2 days , i been to the reception, no one was there so i tried to open the radiator tap , but nothing, the following day the wrote a message on my room door saying that i made a complete mess and was responsible for the corridor flooding, and when i wrote to them they replied with a very funny message that will take legal action against me , honestly that one was so hilarious from them 😂 the fridge was very dirty and with hair inside in addition the bath was without shower handle and a curtain so it was very difficult to take shower and when I complained, the receptionist said it is a jacuzzi, so i tried to switch it on , it was broken 😂😂😂 , everything is mess in this place the room size is very good , the location is perfect but owner , management and staff are destroying it , i stayed in many 2 and 3 stars hotel and most have problems and i have seen staff trying to help according to the tools they have but for Gabriella and co , they do not care at all owners should have a look at that management team and staff if they really care about their business
