Mattress and pillows are pretty stiff, some may prefer that but something to note if you don't!

Amazing location, easy to find, host was great. Loved our cute balcony with beach front views. Shower was very nice and updated. It was so close to everything from the ferry port, bus stop and restauraunts along the main street. We loved our stay at Galene and highly recommend to anyone looking for a the best location without breaking the break.

Everything was perfect. And I’m really picky.

This place is a gem! 💎 only 30 min away from the crowd of Positano. The b&b is right on the beach where a lot of Lidos are so you won’t have to worry about not being able to get a spot at the beach. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend this place, and go back one day!

A lovely room and bathroom in the Main Street of Maiori with a beautiful view of the sea . Close to everything . Comfortable room with air conditioning, wifi and Netflix. Close to everything including restaurants and beach. The lift was a great bonus as I had luggage.

Perfect location. Directly on the beach. With charming little balcony with see view. Clean and big enough room with all necessary appliances. Keyless access to the room. Quick response from Galene administration when needed.

There is no host to meet you at the premises. Check-in is at a coffee shop next door to the apartment and an access code is sent via watsapp. All communication with the host is via watsapp or e-mail etc. Whilst this wasn't a problem, i do prefer the personal touch of meeting the host

Fantastic location with the balcony open to the Maiori beach, the harbour at walking distance, the bus stop also at walking distance. The property is very elegant, super comfortable, neat and clean. Restaurant in the next building IL Porticciolo has delicious menu. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Perfect location in beautiful Maiori. The apartment is a charming place to rest and relax after exploring the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The room is beautifully upgraded but still has its Italian character. The hosts are very accommodating, even though it is a self check in and out service. Very attentive and accommodating. We will be booking again in the future to return to this oasis in Maiori.

Nothing bad to say

Not only is the property beautiful with great views, but it also comes with everything you could want and more! They give you a full size fridge, smart TV, kitchen table, Nespresso maker, tea, bottled water, washing machine (you have to message them), huge bed, full size wardrobe, luggage rack, drying rack, hair dryer, dinnerware, and a shower tub like you’d only get if you built it yourself! Also, the owner is super nice and personable, even connected me with a great host family dinner with a winery owner at the last minute!

We had everything we needed (thanks Marco) in a beautiful room, steps from the lido, pedestrian stroll and the ferry port. Just like in the picture, we could have a drink on our balcony and look at the sea or take a very short walk to an array of restaurants. Galene is also close to a great laundromat if you need.

Great beach front location and No crowds compared to Positano & Amalfi. Very Peaceful. Beautiful evening walk (challenging) - the Lemon walk between Maiori & Minori.

Two very minor things - it would have been good to have a full length mirror and the towel rack fell over when you put towels on it, so just a few towel hooks would be great.

Sea front location, comfy bed, fridge was useful, wardrobe for storage. Amazing decor. Loved waking up looking at the sea from the bed. Balcony is small but useable. The property were very accommodating - allowed us early check in and were extremely helpful when the door code wouldn’t work - sorted quickly and efficiently.

It has been really amazing staying at the seafront of Maiori in this very well designed, mantained and clean guesthouse. The beach is just under our door, so comfortable, even in winter time the weather allows to swim. Maiori has the longest beach of the entire Amalfi Coast, and it is a perfect for sports too. The harbor from where all ferries leave for the iconic towns of the Amalfi Cost is at just fee minutes walking distance. Perfect for visiting the coast. Our room had a balcony from where we enjoyed the beautiful view of the entire Maiori bay. The Mezzacapo Castle in front of us is just beautiful. The property has been just renovated, with all the amenities available, but the decorations from the '800 have been very well preserved, achieving and amazing contrast among historical and modern. The staff has been also amazing supporting us for any need. Highly recommended.

Would have liked the enterence to the appartment building to be more attractive but still didn't take from the quality of the appartment.

Perfect location and great views, every thing you need was in walking distance. The host Marco & Sylvia where very helpful and friendly and ensured our stay was trouble free. They always responded to us if we need anything would definitely recomend the accommodation.

Right on Beach. Flat level area easy to walk. Gorgeous Views. Super clean. Great Shower and water pressure. Nice building. Lift always worked. Bus stop close by. Beautifully decorated. Cool little balcony. Easy access and instructions were clear.
