Rooms could be updated, celling fan didn’t work in our room, on a very small balcony was only small plastic table without chairs…plus the breakfast could be better- no eggs (just hard boiled), 1 salami, 1 -2 cheeses, some butter, jam…nothing special and really not enough variety.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is also very good and clean. It is very near the beach. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, she gave us a ticket for the beach to use the umbrella and the deck chairs - it costs 15 euro per day.

Air conditioning could be a bit better in the room (working but bit not enough), and necessary of leaving the car on external parking is a bit burdensome, but it doesn't change significantly the overall scoring.

You will not find better place i.n this price..The service is very nice and friendly (greetings:) Rooms are cleaned every day. It's very good place whenever you look for quiet place or you want play all night (hotel is at main street in town, which is closed for traffic and living its life all the night but in room upstairs is quiet and calm). Beach is only fivety meters away and it is not so crowdy like in neighborhood. Staff keeps sunbeds in order.(sunbeds and car parking are extra paid). It's also a good base to make a trip to Venice. Besides, you can find everything you need within walking distance.

Almost nothing, just maybe some dryer needed to hang wet beach stuff, if no balcony available.

Hotel is directly at the main promenade-street, super close to the beach.and assures sumbeads +umbrella for 10€/room surcharge. Car can be parked at a nearby lot for 12€ daily. Rich and sufficient breakfast offer and an on site restaurant available. Very nice and helpful staff. Beds have really comfortable matresses and athere is also a small fridge in the room. Aircon! was really needed! Great value for money, thanks!

Our stay was perfect. The staff was really helpful, they was so nice a friendly. Mainly the receptionist Sabina was really kind. The place was at the main street Via bafile where are a lot great restaurants and shops. The hotel has only one star * but just to be honest I do not know why because the service, hotel, atmosphere and staff was at the same level like in 3* hotel maybe even more.

The property doesn’t provide a parking, even though, it’s said on a booking page they have it. We also had just cold water in the bathroom and we couldn’t shower…and air conditioning was not working.

A very kind woman welcomed us. The hotel is very clean, close to the beach and all the events. We had good Wi-Fi. For the price we paid, it was more than worth it.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience. The fridge was not cooling still making a lot of nice, such noisy to wake you up at 4am. The air from the AC was smelling urine to add to the sigarette smoke all over the hotel. Dirty place with hair in the fridge, on the beddings it seemed the cleaners done first the toilets and then the room with same cloth, had to desinfect the room myself. Location is good since close to the see, hoewer one need to consider the late evenings noise and if you are someone who will go to sleep before midnight, better to avoid the place, same thing early morning. To conclude, when I reported all above to the owner, their answer was "sorry" that's it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is awesome, only one street away from the beach. The staff is very pleasent and ready to answer on all questions we asked. The breakfest is very good.
