Very good breakfast with plenty of choice both sweet and savory. Extremely kind and helpful staff during the whole stay. The room was comfortable, our room had a big new shower, although some rooms had an older one. The location is close to the ski bus, you can buy a ticket in reception. The ski room is good and spacious enough.

The ski bus is close but doesn't run very often - just something to keep in mind.

property has standard nutritious continental breakfast with good quality products and very helpful and friendly staff who could give you some tips on local restaurants and a lot of other things! Locations is not far from one of the ifts and even closer to a ski-bus stop good options for restaurants nearby but be prepared to book in advance if you are ther in a high season

    all's good!

We did not feel welcome as a family with a one year old. It says on booking, that children under the age of 2 are free. The owner was very mad at us, that we did book a double room together with our 1 year old child. In the end we paid extra for him. The owner obviously does not want children in the hotel. The room is ok, but here was some damage in the tiny shower and also mold next to the exhaust in the bathroom. The bed did squeal horribly, when you moved, so it was hard to sleep, waking you up, whenever one of us moved. The breakfast is very basic. We will certainly not come back. For the price absolutely not worth it.

    Property response:

We are very sorry you had such a nightmare in our place, but still I want to point you out few things. First of all , children under the age of 1 are free which was not your case and on top of it we asked (on booking platform) to be informed of the presence of any child, which you didn't do. We ask for a child a simbolic amount. Secondly you stayed here 3 days , enough time to inform us about your horrible disconfort, maybe we could have changed room or also cooked something special for your breakfast, which, by the way you seem enjoyed a lot. Our prices are in the average od the location, maybe if you go to Bulgaria is cheaper. Anyhow , staying here 3 days and not saying anything right in the moment but writing something like your review once left is not a very adult way of confrontation. Wish all the best

It was at the end of the village and although close to the road, the area was quiet and we had a nice view from the balcony. One could walk on foot to nearby restaurants as well as to the centre. I was so happy that we did not stay in the nearby Canazei, which is overpeopled and noisy. The house was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in Italy, simply spotlessly clean. The ladies who took care of it were extremely friendly, spoke good English and when we had to leave the last day very early in the morning, they prepared us a breakfast ahead. Otherwise, this was the first time in my life when I went for sweet breakfasts, since there was a choice of several extremely tasty - not oversweetened - home made cakes and one or two home made jams. Obviously, there was also cheese, ham, salami and on request, they would prepare eggs for you. Cereals, breads, juices, coffee machine and on top of this home grown tomatoes and cucumbers. The breakfast room was cosy and spacious enough for the number of guests, so you did not eat among a noisy crowd. As for the room, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom equipped with a bidet. There is also a garden in which, as I have noticed, you can relax on summer beds.

I liked absolutely everything, the only thing I would have appreciated especially in the mountains would be an electric kettle in the room to make tea in the evening.

Nice mountains views to enjoy from the balcony. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice. The place is 10 min away by foot from the city centre (sidewalk along the road). You can park outside the house safely or in the underground parking.
